का.आ. 2364(अ).—लोक प्रतिनिधित्व अधिनियम, 1951 (1951 का 43) की धारा 67 के अनुसरण में, निम्नलिखित घोषणा, जिसमें ऐसे अभ्यर्थी का नाम अंतविष्ट है, जो बिहार राज्य से राज्य सभा सदस्य डॉ. महेन्द्र प्रसाद की, उनकी पदावधि के अवसान के पूर्व, जो तारीख, 02 अप्रैल, 2024 को सम्मिलित करते हुए 02 अप्रैल, 2024 तक थी, मृत्यु के कारण 27 दिसंबर, 2021 को रिक्त हुए स्थान को भरने के लिए निर्वाचित हुआ है, सर्वसाधारण की जानकारी के लिए प्रकाशित की जाती है :--

बिहार राज्य की विधान सभा के निर्वाचित सदस्यों द्वारा राज्य सभा के लिए निर्वाचन।
''निर्वाचनों का संचालन नियम, 1961 के नियम 11 के उपनियम (1) के साथ पठित लोक प्रतिनिधित्व अधिनियम, 1951 की धारा 53 की उपधारा (2) में अंतविष्ट उपबंधों के अनुसरण में, मैं घोषणा करता हूं कि—
श्री अनिल प्रसाद हेगडे (नाम), 1, वीरचन्द पटेल पथ, पटना (पता) जो जनता दल (यूनाइटेड) द्वारा खड़े किए गए हैं, उस सदन में डॉ. महेन्द्र प्रसाद की मृत्यु के कारण हुई रिक्ति को भरने के लिए सम्यक् रूप से निर्वाचित हो गए हैं।

S.O. 2364(E).––In pursuance of section 67 of the Representation of the People Act, 1951 (43 of 1951), the following declaration containing the name of the candidate elected to fill the seat in the Council of States from the State of Bihar that fell vacant on the 27th December, 2021 by the reason of the death of Dr. Mahendra Prasad, before the expiration of his term of office which was up to and including 2nd April, 2024, is published for general information:-
