सा.का.नि. 386(अ).— महापत्तन प्राधिकरण अधिनियम, 2021 की धारा 3 की उप-धारा 1 के अंतर्गत प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, तथा भारत सरकार, पत्तन, पोत परिवहन और जलमार्ग मंत्रालय (पीएचआरडी प्रभाग) की दिनांक 4 अप्रैल, 2022 की अधिसूचना सं. सा.का.नि. 261 (ई) के अधिक्रमण में कें द्र सरकार, एतद्दवारा, श्री संजय कु मार, अपर सचिव एवं वित्तीय सलाहकार, पत्तन, पोत परिवहन और जलमार्ग मंत्रालय को दिनांक 31.05.2022 से आगे और अगले आदेश होने तक दीनदयाल पत्तन प्राधिकरण के बोर्ड में एक पदेन सदस्य के रूप में नियुक्त करती है।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 24th May, 2022
G.S.R. 386(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section 1 of Section 3 of the Major Port Authorities Act, 2021 and in supersession of the Notification of the Government of India, Ministry of Ports, Shipping & Waterways (PHRD Division) No.G.S.R.261(E) dated 04th April, 2022, the Central Government hereby appoints Shri Sanjay Kumar, Additional Secretary & Financial Adviser, Ministry of Ports, Shipping & Waterways, as an Ex- officio Member of the Board of Deendayal Port Authority, beyond 31.05.2022 and until further orders.
