का.आ. 2377(अ).—संविधान के अनुच्छेद 239 के खण्ड (1) के अनुसरण में, राष्ट्रपति एतद्द्वारा निर्देश देते हैं कि संघ राज्य क्षेत्र लद्दाख के उप-राज्यपाल, राष्ट्रपति के नियंत्रण के अध्यधीन और अगले आदेशों तक, उक्त संघ राज्य क्षेत्र के भीतर, हिदू विवाह अधिनियम, 1955 (1955 का 25) के अंतर्गत राज्य सरकार की शक्तियों का प्रयोग एवं कार्यों का निर्वहन करेंगे।

New Delhi, the 25th May, 2022
S.O. 2377(E).—In pursuance of clause (1) of article 239 of the Constitution, the President hereby directs that the Lieutenant Governor of the Union Territory of Ladakh shall, subject to the control of the President and until further orders, exercise the powers and discharge the functions of the State Government under the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 (25 of 1955) within the said Union territory.
