का.आ. 2382(अ).—लोक प्रतिनिधित्व अधिनियम, 1951 (1951 का 43) की धारा 67 के अनुसरण में, निम्नलिखित घोषणा, जिसमें ऐसे अभ्यर्थी का नाम अंतविष्ट है, जो तेलंगाना राज्य से राज्य सभा के उस स्थान को, जो डा. बांडा प्रकाश की उनकी पदावधि, जो तारीख 2 अप्रैल, 2024 को सम्मिलित करते हुए 2 अप्रैल, 2024 तक थी, के अवसान से पूर्व तारीख 4 दिसंबर, 2021 को त्यागपत्र देने के कारण रिक्त हो गया था, को भरने के लिए, सर्वसाधारण की जानकारी के लिए प्रकाशित की जाती है:--

तेलंगाना राज्य की विधान सभा के निर्वाचित सदस्यों द्वारा राज्य सभा के लिए निर्वाचन ।

''निर्वाचनों का संचालन नियम, 1961 के नियम 11 के उपनियम (1) के साथ पठित लोक प्रतिनिधित्व अधिनियम, 1951 की धारा 53 की उपधारा (2) में अंतविष्ट उपबंधों के अनुसरण में, मैं, घोषणा करता हूं कि—

जो तेलंगाना राष्ट्र समिति द्वारा खड़े किए गए हैं म.सं.11-10-715/2 बुरहानपुरम,

S.O. 2382(E).––In pursuance of section 67 of the Representation of the People Act, 1951 (43 of 1951), the following declaration containing the name of the candidate elected to fill the seat in the Council of States from the State of Telangana that fell vacant on the 04th December, 2021 by the reason of resignation of Dr. Banda Prakash, before the expiration of his term of office which was up to and including 2nd April, 2024, is published for general information:-

―In pursuance of the provisions contained in Sub-Section (2) of Section 53 of the Representation of the People Act, 1951, read with sub-rule (1) of rule 11 of the conduct of Elections Rules, 1961, I declare that:
