का.आ. 2387(अ).—भारत सरकार को लोकहित में यह आवश्यक प्रतीत होता है कि मैसर्स पाइपलाइन इंफ्रास्ट्रक्चर लिमिटेड (पि आई एल) का सिलवासा स्पर पाइपलाइन द्वारा गांव झरोली, तालुका उमरगाम, जिल्ला वलसाड, में टाप अफ पइंट से यू टी का दादरा & नगर हवेली गांवः खरडपादा, सिलवासा में मैसर्स रिलायंस इंण्डस्ट्रीज लिमिटेड (आर आई एल) का सिलवासा मैनुफैक्चरिंग डिविजन तक प्रा—तिक गैस परिवहन के लिए पाइपलाइन बिछाई जानी चाहिए;

और, भारत सरकार को उक्त पाइपलाइन बिछाने के प्रयोजन के लिए यह आवश्यक प्रतीत होता है कि उस भूमि में, जिसके भीतर उक्त पाइपलाइन बिछाई जाने का प्रस्ताव है और जो इस अधिसूचना से उपाबद्ध अनुसूची में वर्णित है, उपयोग के अधिकार का अर्जन किया जाए ;

अतः, अब, भारत सरकार, पेट्रोलियम और खनिज पाइपलाइन (भूमि में उपयोग के अधिकार का अर्जन) अधिनियम, 1962 (1962 का 50) (जिसे इसके पश्चात्‌ उक्त अधिनियम कहा गया है) की धारा 3 की उप-धारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, उनमें उपयोग के अधिकार का अर्जन करने के अपने आशय की घोषणा करती है ;

कोई व्यक्ति, जो उक्त अनुसूची में वर्णित भूमि में हितबद्ध है, उस तारीख से जिसको उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 3 की उप-धारा (1) के अधीन जारी की गई अधिसूचना की प्रतियाँ साधाराण जनता को उपलब्ध करा दी जाती हैं, इक्कीस दिन के भीतर भूमि के नीचे उक्त पाइपलाइन बिछाए जाने के लिए उपयोग के अधिकार के अर्जन के सम्बन्ध में सक्षम प्राधिकारी पाइपलाइन इंफ्रास्ट्रक्चर लिमिटेड का पाइपलाइनों के लिए, उप समाहर्ता, जमीन संपादन विभाग, केंद्र शासित प्रदेश दादरा एवं नगर हवेली, सिलवासा - 396230, को लिखित रूप में आक्षेप भेज सकेगा।

New Delhi, the 26th May, 2022

S.O. 2387(E).—Whereas it appears to Government of India that it is necessary in public interest that for transportation of natural gas through M/s Pipeline Infrastructure Limited's (PIL) Silvassa Spur Pipeline from Tap off point in Vill: Zaroli, Taluka:Umargam, Dist: Valsad, Gujarat to M/s. Reliance Industries Limited's (RIL) Silvassa Manufacturing Division in Vill: Kharadpada, Silvassa, U.T. of Dadra & Nagar Haveli Pipeline should be laid;

And whereas, it appears to Government of India that for the purpose of laying such pipeline, it is necessary to acquire the Right of User in land under which the said pipeline is proposed to be laid and which are described in the Schedule annexed here to;

Now therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Petroleum and Minerals Pipelines (Acquisition of Right of User in Land) Act, 1962 (50 of 1962) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), Government of India hereby declares its intention to acquire the Right of User therein;

Any person interested in the land described in the said Schedule may, within twenty-one days from the date on which the copies of this notification, as published in the Gazette of India under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the said Act, are made available to the general public, object in writing to the acquisition of the Right of User therein for laying the said pipeline under the land to Competent Authority for Pipeline Infrastructure Limited's pipelines, Deputy Collector, Department of Land Acquisition, UT Administration of Dadra and Nagar Haveli, Silvassa- 396230.
