फा. सं. 3-24/प्रषा./स्था./संषोधन/आरआर/2011/वॉल्यूम-I.—अखिल भारतीय तकनीकी षिक्षा परिशद् अधिनियम 1987 (1987 का 52) की धारा 8 की उपधाराओं (1) और (2) के साथ पठित धारा 23 की उपधाराओं (1) और (2) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, अखिल भारतीय तकनीकी षिक्षा परिशद् एतद्द्वारा (समूह 'क', 'ख' एवं 'ग' पद) भर्ती विनियम, 2007 में संषोधन करते हुए निम्नलिखित विनियम बनाती है, नामतः
1. संक्षिप्त नाम प्रयोज्यता और प्रारम्भ - (1) इन विनियमों का नाम अखिल भारतीय तकनीकी षिक्षा परिशद् (समूह 'क', 'ख' एवं 'ग' पद) भर्ती विनियम, 2022 है।
2. ये विनियम राजपत्र में इनके प्रकाषन की तारीख से प्रवृत होंगे।
3. अखिल भारतीय तकनीकी षिक्षा परिशद् (समूह 'क', 'ख' एवं 'ग' पद) विनियम, 2007 की अनुसूची में- (i) कॉलम 2 में, क्रम संख्या 8 के सामने अभिव्यक्ति, ''आँकड़े प्रविश्टि प्रचालक ग्रेड-I को, ''तकनीकी सहायक-कंप्यूटर'' अभिव्यक्ति से प्रतिस्थापित किया जाता है;
(ii) कॉलम 13 में, क्रम संख्या 9 के सामने अभिव्यक्ति, ''आँकड़े प्रविश्टि प्रचालक ग्रेड-1'' को, ''तकनीकी सहायक-कंप्यूटर'' अभिव्यक्ति से प्रतिस्थापित किया जाता है।

No. 3-24/Admn/Estt./Amend/RRs/2011/Vol.I.—In exercise of the power conferred by sub- sections (1) and (2) of section 23 read with sub-sections (1) and (2) of section 8 of the All India Council for Technical Education Act, 1987 (52 of 1987), the All India Council for Technical Education hereby makes the following regulations further to amend the All India Council for Technical Education (Group „A", „B" and „C" posts) Recruitment Regulations, 2007, namely:
1. Short title and commencement. -(1) These Regulations may be called the All India Council for Technical Education (Group „A", "B" and „C" posts) Recruitment Regulations, 2022.
2. They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
3. In the All India Council for Technical Education (Group „A", „B" and „C" posts) Regulations, 2007 in the SCHEDULE, -
(i) against S. No. 8, in column 2, for the expression "Data Entry Operator- Gr.- I", the expression "Technical Assistant- Computer" shall be substituted;
(ii) against S. No. 9, in column 13, for the expression "Data Entry Operators- Grade-1", the expression "Technical Assistants- Computer" shall be substituted.
