का.आ. 2429(अ).—पेंशन निधि विनियामक और विकास प्राधिकरण (पीएफआरडीए) अधिनियम, 2013 की धारा 4 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, के न्द्रीय सरकार, एतद्द्वारा, (सुश्री वंदिता कौल के स्थान पर) श्री पंकज शर्मा (आईसीएएस 2000), संयुक्त सचिव, वित्तीय सेवाएं विभाग को वतर्मान नियुक्ति के कार्यकाल तक अथवा अगले आदेशों तक, जो भी पहले हो, तत्काल प्रभाव से पेंशन निधि विनियामक और विकास प्राधिकरण में अंशकालिक सदस्य के पद पर नियुक्त करती है।

S.O. 2429(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 4 of the Pension Fund Regulatory and Development Authority (PFRDA) Act, 2013, the Central Government hereby appoints Shri Pankaj Sharma (ICAS 2000), Joint Secretary, Department of Financial Services, as Part-time Member, Pension Fund Regulatory and Development Authority (vice Ms. Vandita Kaul), with immediate effect, for the duration of his tenure in his present appointment or until further orders, whichever is earlier
