का.आ. 5570(अ).—कें द्रीय सरकार, भारतीय पशु चिकित्सा परिषद अधिनियम, 1984 (1984 का 52) की धारा 15 के उप-खण्ड (2) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, भारतीय पशु चिकित्सा परिषद से सलाह करने के पश्चात्, उक्त अधिनियम की पहली अनुसूची में एतद्द्वारा निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है:-
भारतीय पशुचिकित्सा परिषद अधिनियम, 1984की पहली अनुसूची में, क्रमांक संख्या 91 के पश्चात् "डिग्री" उप-शीर्षक के तहत और उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों, के लिए निम्नलिखित क्रमांक संख्या और प्रविष्टियां शामिल की जाएंगी, नामत:-

(यह अर्हता मान् यताप्राप् त पशु चिकित् सा अर्हता के रूप में क े वल तभी मान् य होगी जब इसे 8 जून, 2022 को या उसके पश् चात् 13 जून, 2022 तक प्रदान किया गया हो।) |
NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 30th November, 2022
S.O. 5570(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 15 of the Indian Veterinary Council Act, 1984 (52 of 1984) the Central Government, after consulting the Veterinary Council of India, hereby makes the following amendment in the FIRST SCHEDULE to the said Act:—
In the First Schedule to the Indian Veterinary Council Act, 1984, under sub- heading ―Degrees‖ after serial number 91 and the entries relating thereto, the following serial number and entries shall be inserted namely:-

Banaras Hindu University, Varanasi in respect of students admitted in Faculty of Veterinary and Animal Sciences, Institute of Agricultural Sciences, Rajiv Gandhi South Campus Barkachha during the year 2016-17 | Bachelor of Veterinary Science and Animal Husbandry. | B.V.Sc. and A.H (This qualification shall be a recognized veterinary qualification only when granted on or after 8th June, 2022 up to 13th June, 2022. |
