का.नि.आ. 20(अ).—कें द्रीय सरकार, छावनी अधिनियम, 2006 (2006 का 41) की धारा 13 की उप-धारा (1) के खंड (ख) और उप-धारा (4) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, यह समाधान हो जाने पर कि कु छ छावनियों, जिनके सदस्यों की कार्यावधि नीचे दी गई सारणी के स्तंभ (3) में उपदर्शित तारीख को समाप्त हो रही है, के प्रशासन हेतु उनसे संबंधित छावनी बोर्ड के गठन का फे रफार किया जाना अपेक्षित है, स्तंभ (4) में दी गई तारीख से छ: मास या उस समय तक जब तक कि उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 12 के अधीन उक्त बोर्डों का गठन नहीं कर लिया जाता है, इनमें से जो भी पूर्वत्तर हो, नीचे दी गई सारणी में विनिर्दिष्ट छावनी बोर्डों के गठन में फे रफार की घोषणा करती है :-

S.R.O. 20(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b) of sub-section (1) and sub- section (4) of section 13 of the Cantonments Act, 2006 (41 of 2006), the Central Government, on being satisfied that for the administration of certain Cantonments, it is desirable to vary the constitution of the Cantonment Boards relating thereto where the term of the members shall expire on date indicated in column (3) of the table given below, hereby makes a declaration to vary the constitution of Cantonment Boards specified in the table given below with effect from the date mentioned in column (4) thereof for a period of six months or till such time the said Boards are constituted under Section 12 of the said Act, whichever is earlier:

का.नि.आ. 21(अ).— के न्द्रीय सरकार, छावनी अधिनियम, 2006 (2006 का 41) की धारा 13 की उपधारा के खंड (ख) और उपधारा (4) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, इस बात से संतुष्ट होते हुए कि खासयोल छावनी के प्रशासन हेतु, जहाँ परिवर्ती खासयोल छावनी बोर्ड की कार्यावधि 05 दिसम्बर, 2022 को समाप्त होगी, खासयोल छावनी बोर्ड के गठन को परिवर्ती रखा जाना वांछनीय है, उक्त बोर्ड कार्यालय का कार्यकाल 06 दिसम्बर, 2022 से आगामी एक वर्ष या खासयोल छावनी के सिविल क्षेत्र के अपछेदन या उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 12 के अधीन बोर्ड के गठन, जो भी पूर्ववर्ती हो, तक बढाने की उद्घोषणा करती है।

S.R.O. 21(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b) of sub-section (1) and sub-section (4) of section 13 of the Cantonments Act, 2006 (41 of 2006), the Central Government, on being satisfied that for the administration of the Khasyol Cantonment, where the term of the varied Khasyol Cantonment Board shall expire on the 5th December, 2022, it is desirable to keep the constitution of the Khasyol Cantonment Board varied, hereby makes a declaration to extend the term of office of the said Board for a further period of one year from the 6th December, 2022 or till the excision of civil areas of the Khasyol Cantonment or constitution of the Board under section 12 of the said Act, whichever is earlier.
