का.आ. 5642(अ).—मोटरयान अधिनियम, 1988 की धारा 58 की उपधारा (3) एवं धारा 110 की उपधारा (3) (क) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, के न्द्र सरकार ने राजपत्र अधिसूचना संख्या का.आ. 1633(अ), दिनांक 5 अप्रैल, 2022, द्वारा, बारह महीने की अवधि के लिए, मैसर्स अग्रवाल कै रियर्स कॉरपोरेशन ऑफ इंडिया को, दो "स्टेटर" का, 20 धुरी पंक्तियों का सीधी रेखा में युग्मन द्वारा, अधिकतम सुरक्षित लदान भार/कु ल सकल भार और आकार के साथ, जीई रिन्यूएबल (पावर) साणंद, गुजरात से सीपीआरआई बैंगलोर, कर्नाटक, तक सड़क मार्ग से परिवहन के लिए, अनुमोदन प्रदान किया था।
2. उक्त अधिसूचना में, पैरा 5 में, बिदु (i) के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा:-
" (i) उपरोक्त कन्साइनमेंट का परिवहन, विशिष्ट मार्ग जीई रिन्यूएबल (पावर) साणंद, गुजरात से सीपीआरआई बैंगलोर, कर्नाटक तक इस सड़क मार्ग के जरिए होगा-
जीई पावर सानंद - अहमदाबाद रिग रोड - असलाली - खेड़ा - वसाड - बड़ौदा - अंकलेश्वर - देडियापाड़ा - सागबारा- सहदा - शिरपुर - धुले - मालेगांव - मनमंद - येओला- वैजापुर- गंगापुर- औरंगाबाद- बीड- यरमाला- सोलापुर- मोहल - झलकी - बीजापुर - होस्पते- चित्रदुर्ग - तुमकु र - नीलमंगला - सीपीआरआई बैंगलोर साइट ।"

New Delhi, the 25th November, 2022
S.O. 5642(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of Section 58 and sub-Section 3(a) of Section 110 of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988, the Central Government vide Gazette notification No. S.O. 1633(E), dated 5th April, 2022, had accorded approval to M/s Agarwal Carriers Corporation of India for transportation of two ―Stator‖ from GE Renewable (Power) Sanand, Gujarat to CPRI Bangalore, Karnataka by road for the period of twelve months, by coupling of 20 axle rows in straight line, with maximum safe laden weight/Gross vehicles Weight and dimensions.
2. In the said notification, in para 5, for point (i), the following shall be substituted:-
―(i)The specific route for transportation of the consignment will be from GE Renewable (Power) Sanand, Gujarat to CPRI Bangalore, Karnataka by road through-
GE Power Sanand - Ahmedabad Ring Road – Aslali – Kheda – Vasad – Baroda – Ankhleshwar – Dediyapada – Sagbara- Sahada – Shirpur – Dhule – Malegaon – Manmand – Yeola- Vaijapur- Gangapur- Aurangabad- Beed- Yermala- Solapur– Mohal – Zhalki – Bijapur – Hospate- Chitradurga – Tumkur – Neelmangla – CPRI Bangalore Site.‖
