का.आ. 5623(अ).—के न्द्रीय सरकार, राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग अधिनियम, 1956 (1956 का 48) की धारा 3 के खंड (क) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, नीचे दी गयी अनुसूची मे यथा विनिदिष्ट NH934 के किमी 52.9 किमी से 55.1 किमी तक के भूखण्ड के संबंध में उक्त राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग के निर्माण (चौड़ा करने / चार लेन का बनाने, आदि), अनुरक्षण, प्रबंध और प्रचालन हेतु उक्त अधिनियम के अधीन सक्षम प्राधिकारी के कृ त्यो का पालन करने के लिए इस अधिसूचना के राजपत्र में प्रकाशन कि तारीख से सक्षम प्राधिकारी के रूप में प्राधिकृ त करती है।8024 GI/2022 (1) 2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(ii)] अनुसूची मध्य प्रदेश राज्य में राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग संख्या-NH934 तक की भूमिका अर्जन।

S.O. 5623(E).— In exercise of powers conferred by clause (a) of section 3 of the National Highways Act, 1956(48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby authorizes the officers mentioned in column (2) of the Schedule annexed here to as the competent authorities to perform the functions of such authorities under the said Act with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, in respect of the stretch of land from Km. 52.9 to Km. 55.1 of the NH934 for building (widening / four-laning, etc.), maintenance, management and operation in the State of MADHYA PRADESH
