का.आ. 5625(अ).—के न्द्रीय सरकार, राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग अधिनियम, 1956 (1956 का 48) की धारा 3 के खंड (क) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, इस अधिसूचना के शासकीय राजपत्र में प्रकाशित होने की तारीख से, विशेष भूमि अध्यापित अधिकारी (संयुक्त संगठन), बाँदा (NH76) के कि.मी. 202.4 से 203.48 उत्तर प्रदेश राज्य के तक के (खैराडा रेलवे ओवर ब्रिज निर्माण कार्य) अनुरक्षण, प्रबंध और प्रचलन के लिए उक्त अनुसूची के स्तम्भ (4), (5), (6) और (7) में क्रमशः उल्लिखित राज्य, जिलों, तालुकों और गावों से सम्बन्धित उक्त अनुसूची के स्तम्भ (3) की तत्स्थानी प्रविष्टि में विनिदिष्ट भूमि के सम्बन्ध में अनुसूची के स्तम्भ (2) में उल्लिखित अधिकारियों को उक्त अधिनियम के अन्तर्गत सक्षम अधिकारियों के कृ त्यों का निष्पादन करने के लिए एतद्द्वारा सक्षम प्राधिकारी के रूप में प्राधिकृ त करती है।8026 GI/2022 (1) 2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(ii)] अनुसूची उत्तर प्रदेश राज्य में राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग संख्या-NH76 पर भूमि का अधिग्रहण

New Delhi, the 2nd December, 2022

S.O. 5625(E).— In exercise of powers conferred by clause (a) of section 3 of the National Highways Act, 1956(48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby authorizes the officers mentioned in column (2) of the Schedule annexed here to as the competent authorities to perform the functions of such authorities under the said Act with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, in respect of the stretch of land specified in the corresponding entry in column (3) of the said Schedule relating to state, districts, taluk and villages mentioned in column (4), (5), (6) and (7) respectively of the said Schedule for Construction work of Khairada ROB, maintenance, management and operation of km. 202.4 to 203.48 of Special Land Acquistion Office (Joint Organization), Banda (NH76) in the State of UTTAR PRADESH.
