आ.अ. 78(अ).—लोक प्रतिनिधित्व अधिनियम, 1951 (1951 का 43) की धारा 22 की उप-धारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, निर्वाचन आयोग, एतद् द्वारा समय-समय पर यथासंशोधित, अपनी अधिसूचना संख्या 434/उ.प्र.-लो.स./2019(1), दिनांक 9 जनवरी, 2019 के द्वारा अधिसूचित मौजूदा सहायक रिटर्निंग अधिकारियों के अतिरिक्त नीचे की सारणी के स्तम्भ (2) में यथा-विनिर्दिष्ट सरकारी अधिकारियों को उक्त सारणी के स्तम्भ (1) में विनिर्दिष्ट उत्तर प्रदेश राज्य के 21-मैनपुरी संसदीय निर्वाचन क्षेत्र के रिटर्निंग अधिकारी की, 21-मैनपुरी संसदीय निर्वाचन-क्षेत्र से प्रचलित उप-निर्वाचन में मतगणना के कार्यों के निष्पादन में सहायता करने के लिए, सहायक रिटर्निंग अधिकारी के रूप में नियुक्त करता है :-

2. सहायक रिटर्निंग आफिसरों के रूप में उपयु र्क्त अधिकारियों की नियुक्ति, 21-मैनपुरी संसदीय निर्वाचन क्षेत्र से प्रचलित निर्वाचन में मतों की गणना की प्रक्रिया सफलतापूर्वक सम्पन्न होने पर प्रभावी नहीं रहेंगी ।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 2nd December, 2022
O.N. 78(E).—In exercise of powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 22 of the Representation of the People Act, 1951 (43 of 1951), the Election Commission, hereby, appoints the officers of the Government specified in Column (2) of the Table below, as the Assistant Returning Officers, in addition to the existing Assistant Returning Officers notified vide Commission's Notification No. 434/UP-HP/2019(1), dated 9th January, 2019, as amended from time to time, to assist the Returning Officer of 21-Mainpuri Parliamentary Constituency in the State of Uttar Pradesh, as specified in the Column (1) of the Table, in execution of his works with respect to the Counting of Votes, for the ongoing Bye Elections from 21-Mainpuri Parliamentary Constituency:-
