का.आ. 5647(अ).—पेट्रोलियम और खनिज पाइपलाइन (भूमि में प्रयोक्ता के अधिकार का अर्जन) अधिनियम, 1962 (1962 का 50) की धारा 3 की उपधारा (1) के अनुसरण में (इसके बाद इसे उक्त अधिनियम कहा गया है), भारत सरकार एतद्द्वारा पेट्रोलियम और प्राकृ तिक गैस मंत्रालय में भारत सरकार की दिनांक 30.05.2022 की अधिसूचना का.आ. 2546(अ) जो दिनांक 02.06.2022 को भारत के असाधारण राजपत्र में प्रकाशित की गई, में संलग्न के रूप में संशोधन करती है।

भारत के असाधारण राजपत्र में दिनाँक 02.06.2022 को प्रकाशित उक्त राजपत्र अधिसूचना का.आ. 2546 (अ) दिनाँक 30.05.2022 के अंग्रेजी भाग के पृष्ठ संख्या 11 में ग्राम दक्षिण दामोदरपुर के अंतर्गत निम्नलिखित सर्वेक्षण संख्याओं को आरंभ से अन्तनिदिष्ट किया जाता है:

CORRIGENDUM

New Delhi, the 2nd December, 2022

S.O. 5647(E).—In pursuance of sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Petroleum and Minerals Pipelines (Acquisition of Right of User in Land) Act, 1962 (50 of 1962), (hereinafter called the said Act), the Government of India hereby makes the amendments as Annexed in the notifications of the Government of India in the Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas, S.O. 2546 (E) dated 30.05.2022 published in the Extraordinary Gazette of India on 02.06.2022.

In the said Gazette Notification having S.O. 2546 (E) dated 30.05.2022 published in the Extraordinary Gazette of India on 02.06.2022, in page number 11 of English part, the following Survey Numbers under Dakshin Damodarpur Village may be inserted from the beginning:
