का.आ. 5646(अ).—अधिकरण सुधार अधिनियम, 2021 की धारा 3(3) के अनुसरण में, विद्युत अपीलीय अधिकरण के न्यायिक तथा तकनीकी सदस्यों के पद पर नियुक्ति में कें द्र सरकार को सिफारिश करने के लिए, एतद्द्वारा निम्नलिखित सर्च-कम-सलेक्शन कमेटी का गठन करती हैः
(i) माननीय न्यायमूति एस. रविद्र भट्ट - अध्यक्ष
न्यायाधीश, सर्वोच्च न्यायालय
(ii) अध्यक्ष, एपटेल - सदस्य
(iii) सचिव,भारत सरकार - सदस्य
नवीन एवं नवीकरणीय ऊर्जा मंत्रालय
(iv) सचिव,भारत सरकार - सदस्य
पैट्रोलियम एवं प्राकृ तिक गैस मंत्रालय
(v) सचिव, विद्युत मंत्रालय - सदस्य-सचिव
2. सर्च-कम-सलेक्शन कमेटी, एपटेल के न्यायिक तथा तकनीकी सदस्यों के प्रत्येक पद पर नियुक्ति के लिए दो नामों के 2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(ii)] 3. सर्च-कम-सलेक्शन कमेटी, अपनी सिफारिश करने के लिए अपनी क्रियाविधि निर्धारित करेगी। [फा. सं. 46/2/2022-आरएंडआर] पीयूष सिह, संयुक्त सचिव

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 2nd December, 2022
S.O. 5646(E).—In accordance with Section 3(3) of Tribunal Reforms Act, 2021, a Search-cum-Selection Committee is hereby constituted as follows for making recommendations to the Central Government for the appointment to the post of Judicial and Technical Members of the Appellate Tribunal for Electricity :-
(i) Hon'ble Mr. Justice S. Ravindra Bhat - Chairperson
Judge of Supreme Court
(ii) Chairperson, APTEL - Member (iii) Secretary to the Government of India, - Member
Ministry of New & Renewable Energy
(iv) Secretary to the Government of India, - Member
Ministry of Petroleum & Natural Gas
(v) Secretary, Ministry of Power - Member-Secretary
2. The Search-cum-Selection Committee shall recommend a panel of two names for appointment to each post of Judicial and Technical Members of APTEL.
3. The Search-cum-Selection Committee shall determine procedure for making its recommendation.
