का.आ. 5658(अ).—राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग अधिनियम 1956 (1956 का 48) की उप धारा 3 के खंड (ए) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए कें द्र सरकार सरकार की अधिसूचना में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है सड़क परिवहन और राजमार्ग मंत्रालय में भारत सरकार, संख्या S.O 561 (अ) दिनांक 09 मार्च 2010 और बाद में भारत के राजपत्र में प्रकाशित S.O संख्या 1220 (E) 28 मई 2012 और S.O 128 (E) 9 जनवरी 2018 द्वारा संशोधित किया गया । असाधारण; भाग II, खंड 3, उप-खंड (ii) दिनांक 10 मार्च 2010 अर्थात्: -
(i) उक्त अधिसूचना की प्रस्तावना में "अतिरिक्त जिला मजिस्ट्रेट, (भूमि अधिग्रहण), पुरबा बधर्मान" शब्दों के स्थान पर "अतिरिक्त जिला मजिस्ट्रेट (भूमि अधिग्रहण), पश्चिम बधर्मान" शब्द रखे जाएंगे।
नोट: मूल अधिसूचना एस.ओ. 561(अ) दिनांक 09 मार्च, 2010 द्वारा भारत के राजपत्र, असाधारण भाग II, खंड 3, उप खंड (ii) दिनांक 10 मार्च, 2010 में प्रकाशित की गई थी और बाद में अधिसूचना सं. इसलिए। 1220(अ), दिनांक 28 मई, 2012 और एस.ओ. संख्या 128(अ) दिनांक 9 जनवरी, 2018
भूमि अधिग्रहण में सक्षम प्राधिकारी में परिवर्तन 2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(ii)] MINISTRY OF ROAD TRANSPORT AND HIGHWAYS CORRIGENDUM
New Delhi, the 5th December, 2022
S.O. 5658(E).— In exercise of the power conferred by clause(a) of sub section 3 of the National Highway Act 1956 (48of 1956), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the notification of the Government of india in the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways, number S.O 561 (E) dated 09 th march 2010 and subsequently amended vide S.O no 1220(E) 28th may 2012 & S.O 128(E) 9th January 2018 ppublished in the Gazette of India.Extraordinary; Part II, Section 3, Sub- Section (ii) dated 10th march 2010 namely:-
(i) In the preamble to the said notification for the words ``Additional District Magistrate,(Land Acquisition),Purba Bardhaman`` shall be substituted by ``Additional District Magistrate (Land Acquisition),Paschim Bardhaman.``
Note : The Principal Notification was published vide S.O 561(E) dated the 09th March, 2010, in the Gazette of india, Extraordinary Part II, Section 3, Sub Section (ii) dated 10th March, 2010 and subsequently amended vide notification No. S.O. 1220(E), dated 28th may 2012 & S.O No. 128(E) dated 9th January, 2018 Change in CALA.
