का.आ. 5666(अ).— के न्द्रीय सरकार, राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग अधिनियम, 1956 (1956 का 48) की धारा 3 के खंड (क) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, नीचे दी गयी अनुसूची में यथा विनिर्दिष्ट राजस्थान राज्य में 4 लेन साधुवाली से बनवाला और बनवाला से हनुमानगढ़ खंड का निर्माण (चौड़ा करने / चार लेन आदि) कार्य के किमी 37.25 किमी. से 69.70 किमी तक के भूखण्ड के संबंध में उक्त राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग के निर्माण (चौड़ा करने / चार लेन आदि), अनुरक्षण, प्रबंध और प्रचा लन हेतु उक्त अधिनियम के अधीन सक्षम प्राधिकारी के कृ त्यों का पालन करने के लिए इस अधिसूचना के राजपत्र में प्रकाशन कि तारीख से सक्षम प्राधिकारी के रूप में प्राधिकृ त करती है। 2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(ii)] अनुसूची राजस्थान राज्य में 4 लेन साधुवाली से बनवाला और बनवाला से हनुमानगढ़ खंड के अंतर्गत जिला हनुमानगढ़ के किमी. 37.25 से किमी. 69.70 तक के निर्माण कार्य (चौड़ा करने / चार लेन आदि) के अंतर्गत भूमि का अर्जन।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 5th December, 2022
S.O. 5666(E).—In exercise of powers conferred by clause (a) of section 3 of the National Highways Act, 1956(48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby authorizes the officers mentioned in column (2) of the Schedule annexed here to as the competent authorities to perform the functions of such authorities under the said Act with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, in respect of the stretch of land from Km. 37.25 to Km. 69.7 of the Construction of 4 Lane National Highway from Sadhuwali to Banwala and Banwala to Hanumangarh Section n the District of Hanumangarh in the State of Rajasthan for building (widening / four-laning, etc.), maintenance, management and operation in the State of RAJASTHAN.
