का.आ. 5656(अ).—राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग अधिनियम, 1956 (1956 का 48) की धारा 3 के खंड (ए) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए कें द्र सरकार एतद्द्वारा भारत सरकार की राजपत्र अधिसूचनाओं में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है: सड़क परिवहन और राजमार्ग मंत्रालय ने दिनांक 29 मार्च 2012 के का.आ.सं.643(ई) के तहत प्रकाशित किया। उक्त अधिसूचनाओं की अनुसूची में क्रमांक के (i) कॉलम (2) के सामने। भूमि अधिग्रहण के लिए सक्षम प्राधिकारी (सीएएलए) से संबंधित सं.(3) और (4) को संयुक्त कलेक्टर, डॉ. के रूप में प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा। बी आर अंबेडकर कोनासीमा जिला" अमलापुरम राजस्व मंडल अधिकारी, अमलापुरम / राजस्व मंडल अधिकारी, राजमु ंदरी के स्थान पर और (ii) कॉलम (3) क्रमांक (3) और (4) भूमि के खिंचाव से संबंधित दीवानचेरुवु के रूप में प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा - गु ंडुगोलानु के स्थान पर NH216A का सिद्धांतम खंड - राजमु ंदरी खंड के मंडलों के लिए 1. कॉलम (5) के क्रम संख्या (3) में रावुलापलेम और 2. कॉलम (5) के क्रम संख्या (4) में अलामुरु सरकारी राजपत्र में इस अधिसूचना के प्रकाशन की तारीख से उक्त अधिनियम के तहत ऐसे प्राधिकरणों के कार्यों का पालन करना।
आंध्र प्रदेश राज्य में नए जिलों के गठन के कारण और खंड के लिए एनएच संख्या में परिवर्तन के कारण, क्रमांक 2527 (ई) दिनांक 17 सितंबर 2015, सीएएलए नामकरण में परिवर्तन, जिले का नाम और खंड का नाम। 2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(ii)] MINISTRY OF ROAD TRANSPORT AND HIGHWAYS CORRIGENDUM
New Delhi, the 5th December, 2022
S.O. 5656(E).—In exercise of powers conferred by clause (a) of section 3 of the National Highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956) the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the Gazette Notifications of the Government of India in the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways published vide S. O. No.643 (E) dated 29th March 2012.
In the Schedule to the said Notifications against (i) column (2) of Sl. No.(3) & (4) relating to Competent Authority for Land Acquisition (CALA) shall be substituted as Joint Collector, Dr. B. R. AMBEDKAR KONASEEMA DISTRICT" Amalapuram in place of Revenue Divisional Officer, Amalapuram/ Revenue Divisional Officer, Rajahmundry and (ii) column (3) of Sl. No.(3) & (4)relating to stretch of land shall be substituted as Diwancheruvu - Siddantham section of NH216A in place of Gundugolanu – Rajahmundry Section for the mandals of 1. Ravulapalem in Sl. No. (3) of Column (5) in Sl. No.(4)of Column (5) to perform the functions of such authorities under the said Act with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette.
Due to the formation of new districts in the state of Andhra Pradesh and due to change of NH number for the stretch, vide S. O. No.2527 (E) dated 17th September 2015, Change in CALA Nomenclature, District Name and stretch name.
