सा.का.नि. 865(अ).—के न्द्रीय सरकार,भारत-तिब्बत सीमा पुलिस बल अधिनियम, 1992 (1992 का 35) की धारा 156 की उप-धारा (2) के खंड (ख) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए,भारत-तिब्बत सीमा पुलिस बल, हिन्दी अनुवादक,समूह 'ख' पद भर्ती नियम,2018 का और संशोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाते हैं,अर्थात्:-
1. संक्षिप्त नाम और प्रारंभ - (1) इन नियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम भारत-तिब्बत सीमा पुलिस बल, हिन्दी अनुवादक, समूह 'ख' पद, भर्ती (संशोधन) नियम, 2022 है।
(2) ये राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे।
2. भारत-तिब्बत सीमा पुलिस बल में, हिन्दी अनुवादक, समूह 'ख' पद, भर्ती नियम, 2018 (जिसे इसमें इसके पश्चात् उक्त नियम कहा गया है।) के नियम 9 में,-
(क) ''उप-निरीक्षक (हिन्दी अनुवादक),निरीक्षक (हिन्दी अनुवादक) और सूबेदार मेजर (हिन्दी अनुवादक)'' शब्दों और कोष्टकों के स्थान पर ''उप-निरीक्षक (हिन्दी अनुवादक) और निरीक्षक (हिन्दी अनुवादक)'' शब्द और कोष्टक रखे जाएंगे;
(ख) ''सत्तावन'' शब्द के स्थान पर ''साठ'' शब्द रखा जाएगा।

| प्रोन् नति द्वारा: व ेतन मैट्रिक् स के स् तर-6 (35400-112400/-रू) में भारत-तिब् बत सीमा पुलिस बल के ऐसे उप-निरीक्षक (हिन् दी अनुवादक) में से जिन् होंने उस श्रेणी में पांच वर्ष की नियमित सेवा की हो और विहित पूर्व प्रोन् नति पाठ्यक्रम सफलतापूर्वक पूरा किया हो। टिप् पण : जहां ऐसे कनिष् ठ व् यक्तियों के संबंध में,जिन् होंने अपनी अर्हक या पात्रता सेवा पूरी कर ली है,प्रोन् नति के लिए विचार किया जा रहा हो वहां उनसे ज् येष् ठ व् यक्तियों के संबंध में भी विचार किया जाएगा परंतु यह तब जब कि उनके द्वारा की गई ऐसी अर्हक या पात्रता सेवा,अपेक्षित अर्हक या पात्रता सेवा के आधे से अधिक से या दो वर्ष से,इनमें से जो भी कम हो, कम न हो और उन् होंने अपने ऐसे कनिष् ठ व् यक्तियों सहित जिन् होंने ऐसी अर्हक या पात्रता सेवा पहले ही पूरी कर ली है अगली उच् चतर श्रेणी में प्रोन् नति के लिए अपनी परिवीक्षा की अवधि सफलतापूर्वक पूरी कर ली हो। |

| अभ् यर्थियों के लिए विहित की गई है।) | या किसी मान्यताप्राप्त विश् वविद्यालय से हिन्दी या अंग्रेजी से भिन्न किसी भी विषय में मास्टर डिग्री जिसमें डिग्री स्तर पर हिन्दी और अंग्रेजी अनिवार्य या वैकल्पिक विषय के रूप में रहा हो या दोनों में से कोई एक परीक्षा का माध्यम रहा हो और दूसरा डिग्री स्तर पर अनिवार्य या वैकल्पिक विषय के रूप में रहा हो; और क ें द्रीय सरकार या राज्य सरकार के कार्यालय जिसके अन्तर्गत भारत सरकार के उपक्रम भी है में हिन्दी से अंग्रेजी अनुवाद में और विपर्येण में मान्यताप्राप्त डिप्लोमा या सर्टिफिके ट कोर्स या हिन्दी से अंग्रेजी अनुवाद कार्य और विपर्येण में दो वर्ष का अनुभव। 2 . शारीरिक मानदंड:- महिला पुरूष ऊ ॅं चाई 170 सें.मी. 157 सें.मी. ि टप्पण 1: न्यूनतम मानदंड जहां तक इसका संबंध ऊं चाई से है, गढ़वाल, क ु माऊं , हिमाचल प्रदेश, गोरखा, डोगरा, मराठा, सिक्किमी, लेह और लद्दाख, कश् मीर घाटी, पूर्वोत् तर राज्यों के पहाड़ी क्षेत्रों के पुरूषों के लिए 165 से0मी0 तथा महिलाओं के लिए 155 से0मी0 तक शिथिल की जा सकती है। ि टप्पण 2: न्यूनतम मानदंड, जहां तक इसका संबंध ऊं चाई से है, अनुसूचित जनजातियों, जिसके अन्तर्गत मिजो और नागा भी हैं, पुरूषों के लिए 162.5 स े 0मी0 तथा महिलाओं के लिए 154 से0मी0 तक शिथिल की जा सकती है। साधारण जनजातियों/आदिवासिओं सीना: 80 सें.मी. 77 सें.मी. (बिना फु लाए) 85 सें.मी. 82 सें.मी. (फु लाकर) भार : ऊं चाई के तत्समान 3. चिकित्सा मानदंड: (क) दृष्टि:- सभी बाबत चिकित्सक दृष्टता योग्य (बिना सुधार किए हुए अर्थात् बिना चश् मा पहने दोनों आंख की दृष्टि 6/6 और 6/9 हो) होना चाहिए। ( ख) अभ्यर्थियों को अंतर्वक्र जानु, सपाट पॉंव, स्फीत शिरा या वक्र दृष्टि का नहीं होना चाहिए और उनकी उच्च रंग दृष्टि होनी चाहिए। उन्हें अच्छे मानसिक और शारीरिक रूप से स्वस्थ होना चाहिए और ऐसे शारीरिक दोषों से मुक्त होना चाहिए जिनसे उनके कर्तव्यों के दक्ष निष्पादन में व्यवधान की संभावना हो। |

G.S.R. 865(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b) of sub section (2) of section 156 of the Indo- Tibetan Border Police Force Act, 1992 (35 of 1992), the Central Government hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Indo-Tibetan Border Police Force, Hindi Translator, Group 'B' Posts, Recruitment Rules, 2018, namely:-
1. Short title and commencement.— (1) These rules may be called the Indo-Tibetan Border Police Force, Hindi Translator, Group 'B' Posts, Recruitment (Amendment) Rules, 2022.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In the Indo-Tibetan Border Police Force, Hindi Translator, Group 'B' posts, Recruitment Rules, 2018 (herein referred to as the said rules), in rule 9, -
(a) for the words and brackets "Sub-Inspector (Hindi Translator), Inspector (Hindi Translator) and Subedar Major (Hindi Translator)", the words and brackets "Sub-Inspector (Hindi Translator) and Inspector (Hindi Translator)" shall be substituted;
(b ) for the word "fifty-seven", the word "sixty" shall be substituted.
3. In the said rules, for the Schedule, the following Schedule shall be substituted, namely,-
