सं. 46013/29/2015-स्था.—वस्त्र समिति अधिनियम, 1963 (1963 का 41) की धारा-3 के साथ पठित वस्त्र समिति नियमावली, 1965 के नियम 3 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए और इस मंत्रालय के दिनांक 25.03.2022 के समसंख्यक संकल्प में आंशिक संशोधन करते हुए, कें द्र सरकार श्री उपेन्द्र प्रसाद सिह के स्थान पर श्रीमती रचना शाह की सचिव (वस्त्र) के रूप में नियुक्ति होने के परिणामस्वरूप, एतद् द्वारा, उन्हें तत्काल प्रभाव से वस्त्र समिति में नियुक्त करती है:-

2. दिनांक 25.03.2022 के समसंख्यक संकल्प में उल्लिखित अन्य निबंधन एवं शर्तें वही रहेंगी।

No. 46013/29/2015-Estt.—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section-3 of the Textiles Committee Act, 1963 (41 of 1963) read with Rule 3 of the Textiles Committee Rules, 1965, and in partial modification of this Ministry's Resolution of even number dated 25.03.2022, the Central Government in consequence of appointment of Ms. Rachna Shah in place of Shri Upendra Prasad Singh as Secretary (Textiles) hereby appoints her to the Textiles Committee with immediate effect:

2. The other terms and conditions mentioned in Resolution of even number dated 25.03.2022 will remain the same.
