का.आ. 5691(अ).—के न्द्रीय सरकार पेट्रोलियम और खनिज पाइपलाइन (भूमि के अधिकार का अर्जन ) अधिनियम 1962 (1962 का 50) की धारा 2 के खण्ड (क) के अनुसरण में निचे दी गई अनुसूची के स्तम्भ (2) में उल्लेखित व्यक्ति को उक्त अनुसूची के स्तम्भ (3) में की तत्स्थानी प्रविष्टि में उल्लेखित क्षेत्र की बाबत, उक्त अधिनियम के अधीन सक्षम प्राधिकारी के कृ त्यों का पालन करने के लिए प्राधिकृ त करती है अर्थात :-
