का.आ. 5703(अ).—कें द्र सरकार, अखिल भारतीय आयुविज्ञान संस्थान (संशोधन) अधिनियम, 2012 (2012 का 37) द्वारा यथासंशोधित अखिल भारतीय आयुविज्ञान संस्थान अधिनियम, 1956 (1956 का 25) की धारा 4(ङ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए एतद् द्वारा श्री राजीव रंजन, नालंदा, बिहार को डॉ. एन.के . अरोड़ा, कार्यकारी निदेशक, इंटरनेशनल क्लिनिकल एपिडेमियोलॉजी नेटवर्क (INCLEN) के स्थान पर अखिल भारतीय आयुविज्ञान संस्थान, पटना, के संस्थान निकाय के सदस्य के रूप में नामित करती है, और उस प्रयोजन से दिनांक 10 जून, 2020 के का.आ. 1824(अ) के द्वारा भारत के राजपत्र भाग II, खंड 3, उप-खंड (ii) में प्रकाशित भारत सरकार, स्वास्थ्य और परिवार कल्याण मंत्रालय के दिनांक 18 मई, 2020 की अधिसूचना सं. जेड-28016/177/2019-पीएमएसएसवाई-IV में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती हैं:
उक्त अधिसूचना में, क्रमांक 9 और उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टि में, निम्नलिखित प्रतिस्थापित किया जायेगा, अर्थात्:-
"9. श्री राजीब रंजन, नालंदा, बिहार"
सदस्य का कार्यकाल अखिल भारतीय आयुविज्ञान संस्थान अधिनियम, 1956 की धारा 6 में निहित प्रावधानों द्वारा शासित होगा।

New Delhi,the 18th October, 2022
S.O. 5703(E).—In exercise of the power conferred by section 4(e) of the All India Institute of Medical Sciences Act, 1956 (25 of 1956), as amended by the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (Amendment) Act, 2012 (37 of 2012), the Central Government hereby nominates Sh. Rajib Ranjan, Nalanda, Bihar, to be member of Institute Body of All India Institute of Medical Sciences, Patna in place of Dr. N.K. Arora, Executive Director, International Clinical Epidemiology Network (INCLEN), and for that purpose makes the following amendment in the notification of Government of India, Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, F. No. Z-28016/177/2019-PMSSY-IV dated the 18th May, 2020 published in the Gazette of India Part II, Section 3, Sub-Section (ii) Vide SO 1824 (E) dated 10th June, 2020:
In the said notification, for serial number 9 and the entry relating thereto, the following serial number and entry should be substituted, namely:-
"9. Sh. Rajib Ranjan, Nalanda, Bihar"
The terms of office of the member shall be governed by the provisions contained in Section 6 of the All India Institute of Medical Sciences Act, 1956.
