सं. 102/2022-सीमा शुल्क (गै.टे.)
का.आ. 5747(अ).—सीमाशुल्क अधिनियम, 1962 (1962 का 52) की धारा 7 की उपधारा (1) के उपवाक्य (ख) और (ग) के तहत प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए के न्द्रीय अप्रत्यक्ष कर एवं सीमाशुल्क बोर्ड, एतद्दवारा, भारत सरकार, वित्त मंत्रालय (राजस्व विभाग) की अधिसूचना सं. 63/1994-सीमाशुल्क (गै.टे.), दिनांक 21 नवम्बर, 1994, जिसे का.आ. 830(अ), दिनांक 21 नवम्बर, 1994 के तहत भारत के राजपत्र, असाधारण, के भाग ।।, खंड 3, उपखंड (ii) में प्रकाशित किया गया था, में और आगे भी निम्नलिकित संशोधन करता है, यथाः-
उक्त अधिसूचना में, प्रारंभिक पैराग्राफ में, पांचवे परंतुक और छठे परंतुक, अर्थात्:-
"बशर्ते और भी कि कु लकु ली भू-सीमा शुल्क के न्द्र को के वल संतरे के आयात के लिए निर्धारित किया गया है:" और
"बशर्ते और भी कि नागरकाटा और कु लकु ली भू-सीमा शुल्क के न्द्रों से प्रत्येक वर्ष के के वल 01 अगस्त से लेकर 31 मार्च तक की अवधि में ही व्यापार करने की अनुमति होगी:"
को विलोपन किया जाता है। 2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(ii)] नोट : प्रधान अधिसूचना सं. 63/1994-सीमाशुल्क (गै.टे.) को का.आ. 830 (अ), दिनांक नवम्बर, 1994 के तहत भारत के राजपत्र, असाधारण में प्रकाशित किया गया था और इसमें अंतिम बार अधिसूचना संख्या 86/2022-सीमा शुल्क (गै.टे.) जिसे का. आ. 4641(अ) दिनांक 30 सितंबर, 2022 के तह भारत के राजपत्र, असाधारण, के भाग II, खंड 3, उप-खंड (ii) में प्रकाशित किया गया था, के द्वारा संशोधित किया गया था।

No. 102/2022- Customs (N.T.)
S.O. 5747(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clauses (b) and (c) of sub-section (1) of section 7 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India, Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), No. 63/1994-Customs (N.T.), dated the 21st November, 1994, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii), vide number S.O. 830 (E), dated the 21st November, 1994, namely: -
In the said notification, in the opening paragraph, the fifth proviso and the sixth proviso, namely: - "Provided also that Kulkuli Land Customs Station is appointed for the import of Oranges only:" and
"Provided also that the trade through Nagarkata and Kulkuli Land Customs Stations shall be allowed between the period of 1st day of August to the 31st day of March every year:", shall be omitted.

Note : The principal notification No. 63/1994 - Customs (N.T.) was published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, vide number S.O. 830(E), dated the 21st November, 1994 and was last amended, vide notification No. 86/2022-Customs (N.T.) published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part-II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii), vide number S.O. 4641 (E), dated the 30th September, 2022.
