फा. सं. सम्मेलन.5(7)2012/गुज./14737.─ कर्मचारी भविष्य निधि योजना 1952, इसके आगे "योजना" के रूप में संदर्भित, के अनुच्छेद 5 के साथ पठित अनुच्छेद 4 के उप अनुच्छेद (1) के अनुसरण में, तथा, कें द्रीय भविष्य निधि आयुक्त, नई दिल्ली द्वारा जारी अधिसूचना सं. सम्मे.5(7)2012/गुज/14116 दिनांक 16.11.2017, जो भारत के राजपत्र, असाधारण, के खंड - III भाग 4 में 04.12.2017 को प्रकाशित हुई थी, का अधिक्रमण करते हुए अध्यक्ष, कें द्रीय न्यासी बोर्ड (क.भ.नि.), एतद्द्वारा गुजरात राज्य के लिए क्षेत्रीय समिति का गठन करते है जिसमें निम्नलिखित व्यक्ति शामिल होंगे, यथा :-

2. गुजरात राज्य के प्रभारी अपर कें द्रीय भविष्य निधि आयुक्त, क्षेत्रीय समिति, गुजरात राज्य के सचिव होंगे । 3. क्षेत्रीय समिति के अध्यक्ष एवं प्रत्येक सदस्य का कार्यकाल सरकारी राजपत्र में अधिसूचित होने की तिथि से तीन वर्ष के लिए होगा । हालांकि, प्रत्येक सदस्य अपने पद पर तब तक बना रहेगा जब तक कि सरकारी राजपत्र में उनके स्थान पर किसी अन्य की नियुक्ति अधिसूचित नहीं हो जाती ।
4. यह तुरंत प्रभाव से लागू होगा ।

No. Conf.5(7)2012/GJ./14737. ─In accordance with the provisions of sub-paragraph (1) of paragraph 4 read with paragraph 5 of the Employees' Provident Funds Scheme 1952, hereinafter referred to as "Scheme", and in supersession of the Notification No. Conf.5(7)2012/GJ/14116 dated 16.11.2017 issued by the Central Provident Fund Commissioner, New Delhi, which was published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part III, Section 4, on 04.12.2017, the Chairman, Central Board of Trustees, (EPF) hereby constitutes the Regional Committee for the State of Gujarat consisting of the following persons, namely:-

2. The Additional Central Provident Fund Commissioner in-charge of the State of Gujarat shall be the Secretary of the Regional Committee for the State of Gujarat.
3. The term of office of the Chairman and every member of the Regional Committee shall be three years commencing on and from the date on which their appointment is notified in the Official Gazette. However, every member shall continue to hold office until the appointment of his successor is notified in the Official Gazette. 4. This will come into force with immediate effect.
