का.आ. 5783(अ).—के न्द्रीय सरकार, राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग अधिनियम, 1956 (1956 का 48) (जिसे इसमें इसके पश्चात उक्त अधिनियम कहा गया है) की धारा 3 के खंड (क) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, इस अधिसूचना के शासकीय राजपत्र में प्रकाशित होने की तारीख से, बिहार राज्य में राष्ट्रीय उच्च पथ 319ए (मोहनिया- रामगढ- चौसा- बक्सर) के कि.मी. 30.660 से कि.मी. 65.909 के निर्माण (पेव्ड शोल्डर के साथ दो लेन/4 लेन बनाया जाना आदि), अनुरक्षण, प्रबंधन एवं प्रचालन के लिए उक्त अनुसूची के स्तम्भ (4), (5), (6) और (7) में क्रमशः उल्लिखित राज्य, जिलों, तालुकों और गावों से सम्बन्धित उक्त अनुसूची के स्तम्भ (3) की तत्स्थानी प्रविष्टि में विनिर्दिष्ट भूमि के सम्बन्ध में अनुसूची के स्तम्भ (2) में उल्लिखित अधिकारियों को उक्त अधिनियम के अन्तर्गत सक्षम अधिकारियों के कृ त्यों का निष्पादन करने केलिए एतद्द्वारा सक्षम प्राधिकारी के रूप में प्राधिकृ त करती है 8249 GI/2022 (1) 2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(ii)] अनुसूची बिहार राज्य के अन्तर्गत जिला कै मुर, राष्ट्रीय उच्च पथ 319ए (मोहनिया- रामगढ- चौसा- बक्सर) के कि.मी. 30.660 से

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 12th December, 2022

S.O. 5783(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of Section 3 of the National Highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the Central Government hereby authorizes the officers mentioned in column (2) of Schedule annexed here to as the competent authority to perform the function of such authorities under the said Act with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, in respect of the stretch of land specified in the corresponding entry in column (3) of the said Schedule relating to state, district, Taluk, and villages mentioned in column (4), (5), (6) and (7) respectively of the said Schedule for Project management, operation including construction of the National Highway 319A from Km. 30+660 to Km. 65+909 (Mohania-Ramgarh-Chausa-Buxar) in the State of Bihar for up-gradation to Two Lane / Four Lane with Paved shoulder configurations as specified in the Schedule given below.
