सं. 308] नई दिल्ली, मंगलवार, दिसम्बर 13, 2022/अग्रहायण 22, 1944 No. 308] NEW DELHI, TUESDAY, DECEMBER 13, 2022/AGRAHAYANA 22, 1944 (विदेश व्यापार महानिदेशालय) नई दिल्ली, 12 दिसम्बर, 2022 प्रक्रिया पुस्तक 2015-20 के परिशिष्ट 4-ञ में संशोधन के संबंध में। .—समय-समय पर यथा संशोधित विदेश व्यापार नीति (एफटीपी), 2015-2020 के पैरा 1.03 और 2.04 के तहत प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए महानिदेशक विदेश व्यापार एतद्द्वारा प्रक्रिया पुस्तक 2015-2020 के परिशिष्ट 4-ञ में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करते हैः
1. परिशिष्ट 4-ञ की क्र सं. 10 पर मौजूदा प्रविष्टि को संशोधित किया जाता है जिसे निम्नानुसार पढ्ा जाएगाः
| आईटीसी (एचएस) वर्गीकरण के अध्याय 7 और | ||
| 10 | अध्याय 15 के तहत शामिल सभी मदो ं के निर्यात हेतु मानदंड समिति द्वारा मानंदड के अधिसूचित सिओन/पूर्व निर्धारण के तहत यथा अनुमत आयात मदें (शी नट या शी बटरको छोड़कर) | 90 दिन |
आयात मद शी नट या शी बटर को परिशिष्ट 4-ञ की क्र सं. 10 से तत्काल प्रभाव से बाहर किया गया है।

Subject:- Amendment in Appendix 4J of Handbook of Procedures 2015-20- reg.
F. No. 01/94/180/115/AM17/PC-4.—In exercise of the powers conferred under paragraph 1.03 & 2.04 of the Foreign Trade Policy (FTP), 2015-2020, as amended from time to time, the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby makes the following amendment in Appendix 4J of Handbook of Procedures, 2015-2020:
1. The existing entry at Sl.no. 10 of Appendix 4J is amended to be read as under:
| Serial No. | Import Item(s) | Export Obligation Period with pre- import condition from the date of clearance of each import consignment by Customs Authority |
| 10 | Import items (except Shea Nut or Shea butter) as allowed under notified SION/prior fixation of norms by NC for export of all items covered under Chapter 7 and Chapter 15 of ITC (HS) Classification. | 90 days |
The import item Shea Nut or Shea Butter is excluded from serial number 10 of Appendix 4J with immediate effect.
