विषय : चीन जन.गण., इंडोनेशिया, कोरिया गणराज्य और थाइलैंड के मूल के अथवा वहां से निर्यातित थेलिक एनहाइड्राइड (पीएएन) के आयातों से संबंधित पाटनरोधी जांच की अंतिम जांच परिणाम अधिसूचना सं. 6/16/2020-डीजीटीआर दिनांक 19 मई, 2021 में उत्पादक निर्यातक एक्यु ंग पैट्रोके मिकल्स कं . लिमिटेड के नाम में परिवर्तन के लिए शुपिित्र।

फा. सं. 7/06/2022-डीजीटीआर.—सीमा शुल्क टैरिफ अधिनियम 1975, समय-समय पर संशोधित (इसके बाद "अधिनियम" के रूप में संर्दर्भत) और सीमा शुल्क टैरिफ (डंप की गई वस्तुओं पर एंटी-डंपिंग शुल्क की पहचान, आकलन और संग्रह और क्षति के निर्धारण के लिए) नियमों को ध्यान में रखते हुए 1995, जैसा कि समय-समय पर संशोधित किया गया है (इसके बाद "नियम" के रूप में संर्दर्भत), नामित प्राधिकारी ने संशोधन अधिसूचना संख्या जारी की है। 7/06/2022 दिनांक 30.09.2022 के अंतिम खोज अधिसूचना सं. 6/16/2020-डीजीटीआर दिनांक 19 मई, 2022 मेंनिर्माता/निर्यातक एक्यु ंग पेट्रोके मिकल कं , लिमिटेड के नाम में परिवर्तन के संबंध में। चीन जनवादी गणराज्य, इंडोनेशिया, कोरिया आरपी और थाईलैंड में मूल रूप से या वहां से निर्यात किए जाने वाले थैलिक एनहाइड्राइड (पैन) के आयात से संबंधित डंपिंग जांच। 8346 GI/2022 (1) 2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART I—SEC.1] 2. उक्त संशोधन अधिसूचना में निम्नलिखित संशोधन किया गया है:- क. संशोधन अधिसूचना के पैरा संख्या 1 और 34 में, सीमा शुल्क अधिसूचना संख्या 48/2021-सीमा शुल्क (एडीडी) से 43/2021-सीमा शुल्क (एडीडी) में बदल दी गई है। ख. पैरा सं. संशोधन अधिसूचना के 4 को निम्नानुसार पढ़ने के लिए प्रतिस्थापित किया जाता है:

28 जनवरी 2022 को, एक्यु ंग के मिकल कं , लिमिटेड, कोरिया आरपी (बाद में "आवेदक" के रूप में संर्दर्भत), ने एक्यु ंग पेट्रोके मिकल कं पनी लिमिटेड, कोरिया आरपी से सहयोगी उत्पादक के नाम को बदलने का अनुरोध करते हुए आवेदन दायर किया। एक्यु ंग के मिकल कं , लिमिटेड, कोरिया आरपी अंतिम निष्कषों और सीमा शुल्क अधिसूचना संख्या 43/2021- सीमा शुल्क (ADD) दिनांक 9 अगस्त, 2021 की शुल्क तालिका में।

NOTIFICATION

CORRIGENDUM

New Delhi, the 14th December, 2022

Subject: Corrigendum Notification to Amendment Notification dated 30.09.2022 regarding change in

the name of producer/exporter Aekyung Petrochemical Co., Ltd. in the Final Finding

Notification No. 6/16/2020-DGTR dated 19 May, 2021 of anti-dumping investigation

concerning imports of Phthalic Anhydride (PAN) originating in or exported from China

PR, Indonesia, Korea RP and Thailand.

F. No. 7/06/2022-DGTR.—Having regard to the Customs Tariff Act 1975, as amended from time to time (hereinafter referred to as "the Act") and the Customs Tariff (Identification, Assessment and Collection of Anti-Dumping Duty on Dumped Articles and for Determination of Injury) Rules 1995, as amended from time to time (hereinafter referred to as "the Rules") thereof, the Designated Authority has issued the Amendment Notification no. 7/06/2022 dated 30.09.2022 in respect of the change in the name of producer/exporter Aekyung Petrochemical Co., Ltd. in the Final Finding Notification No. 6/16/2020- DGTR dated 19 May, 2022 of Anti-dumping investigation concerning imports of Phthalic Anhydride (PAN) originating in or exported from China PR, Indonesia, Korea RP and Thailand.

2. The following corrections are made in the aforesaid Amendment Notification: -

a) In para no.1 and 34 of the Amendment Notification, the Custom Notification No. stands substituted from 48/2021-Customs (ADD) to 43/2021-Customs (ADD).

b) Para no. 4 of the Amendment Notification is substituted to be read as under:

On 28 January 2022, Aekyung Chemical Co., Ltd., Korea RP (hereinafter referred to as the "applicant"), filed the application requesting for change of name of the cooperating producer from Aekyung Petrochemical Co., Ltd., Korea RP to Aekyung Chemical Co., Ltd., Korea RP, in the duty table of the final findings and Customs Notification No. 43/2021- Customs (ADD) dated 9th August,2021.
