सं. 5619] नई दिल्ली, बृहस्पतिवार, दिसम्बर 15, 2022/अग्रहायण 24, 1944 No. 5619] NEW DELHI, THURSDAY, DECEMBER 15, 2022/AGRAHAYANA 24, 1944 बिलासपुर, 13 दिसम्बर, 2022 —केंद्रीय सरकार, रेलवे अधिनियम, 1989, (1989 का 24) की धारा 2 के खण्ड (37 ए) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, सार्वजनिक उद्देश्य से राष्ट्रीय अवसंरचना मुहैया कराने के लिए छत्तीसगढ़ राज्य में विशेष रेल परियोजना के रूप में नीचे दी गई सारणी के कॉलम (2) में उल्लिखित निम्नलिखित परियोजना को अधिसूचित करती है जो कि सरकारी राजपत्र में इस अधिसूचना की प्रकाशन की तिथि से प्रभावी होगी।

NOTIFICATION
Bilaspur, the 13th December, 2022
S.O. 5855(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (37A ) of section 2 of the Railway Act, 1989 (24 of 1989), the central Government hereby notifies the following project as mentioned in Column (2) of the table below as Special Railway Project in the state of Chhattisgarh for providing national infrastructure for a public purpose with effect from the date publication of this notification in the Official Gazette.
