सा.का.नि. 880(अ).—लोक परिसर (अनधिकृ त कब्जों की बेदखली) अधिनियम, 1971 (1971 का अधिनियम सं. 40) की धारा 3 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, के न्द्र सरकार एतद्द्वारा नीचे दशाई गई तालिका के कॉलम (2) में उल्लिखित दीनदयाल पत्तन प्राधिकरण के 06 (छह) अधिकारियों को उक्त अधिनियम के प्रयोजनार्थ संपदा अधिकारियों के रूप में नियुक्त करती है तथा उक्त अधिकारीगण, उक्त तालिका के कॉलम (3) में तत्संबंधी प्रविष्टि में विनिर्दिष्ट लोक परिसरों से संबंधित अपने संबद्ध कार्यक्षेत्र की स्थानीय सीमा के अंदर उक्त अधिनियम द्वारा अथवा उसके अधीन प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग तथा ''संपदा अधिकारी" को अधिरोपित कर्तव्यों का निष्पादन, करेंगे : क्र.सं. अधिकारी का नाम एवं पदनाम अधिकार क्षेत्र की सीमा कार्यकाल

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the12th December, 2022
G.S.R. 880(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 of the Public Premises (Eviction of Unauthorised Occupants) Act, 1971 (Act No. 40 of 1971), the Central Government hereby appoints the 6 (six) officers mentioned in the Column (2) of the Table below, being the officers of the Deendayal Port Authority, to be Estate Officers for the purpose of the said Act, and the said officers shall exercise the powers conferred and perform the duties imposed on the 'Estate Officers' by or under the said Act, within the local limits of their respective jurisdiction in respect of the Public Premises specified in the corresponding entry in column (3) of the said Table:-
