का.आ. 5872(अ).—के न्द्रीय सरकार, राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग अधिनियम, 1956 (1956 का 48) की धारा 3 के खंड (क) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, नीचे दी गयी अनुसूची में यथा-विनिदिष्ट ओ/ओ. के डिप्यूटी कमिश्नर पी. ओ. शिलांग (NH6) के कि.मी. 0 से 8.2 मेघालय राज्य के तक के भुखण्ड के संबंध में उक्त राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग के निर्माण (चौड़ा करने / चार लेन का बनाने, आदि), अनुरक्षण, प्रबंध और प्रचालन हेतु उक्त अधिनियम के अधीन सक्षम प्राधिकारी के कृ त्यों का पालन करने के लिए इस अधिसूचना के राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख से सक्षम प्राधिकारी के रूप में प्राधिकृ त करती है।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 15th December, 2022
S.O. 5872(E).—In exercise of powers conferred by clause (a) of section 3 of the National Highways Act, 1956(48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby authorizes the officers mentioned in column (2) of the Schedule annexed here to as the competent authorities to perform the functions of such authorities under the said Act with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, in respect of the stretch of land from 0 to 8.2 of O/o. The Deputy Commissioner P.O Shillong (NH6) in the State of MEGHALAYA for building (widening / four- laning, etc.), maintenance, management and operation in the State of MEGHALAYA.
