सं. पीआर/जी/229/17/डीडी/269/17/डीसी/1413/2021.—चार्टर्ड अकाउं टेंट (वृत्तिक और अन्य कदाचार के अन्वेषणों और मामलों के संचालन की प्रक्रिया) नियम, 2007 के नियम 18(17) और 19(1) के साथ पठित, चार्टर्ड अकाउं टेंट अधिनियम, 1949 की धारा 21ख(3) के उपबंधों के निबंधनानुसार अनुशासन समिति ने, सीए. सरदार मधुसूदन (सदस्यता संख्या 059670), वरिष्ठ लेखा अधिकारी, लेखा कार्यालय दामोदर घाटी निगम, मेजिया थर्मल पावर स्टेशन एमटीपीएस, बांकु रा (पश्चिमी बंगाल) -722183 को, पूर्वोक्त अधिनियम की दूसरी अनुसूची के भाग II की मद (1) और भाग I की मद (2), (7) और (8) के अर्थान्तर्गत वृत्तिक कदाचार का दोषी पाया है और इसके परिणामस्वरूप उपयु र्क्त सीए.
सरदार मधुसूदन (सदस्यता संख्या 059670) के नाम को 06 (छह) मास की अवधि के लिए सदस्यों के रजिस्टर से हटाने का आदेश दिया है और के वल 25,000/- रुपए (पच्चीस हजार रुपए) का जुर्माना भी अधिरोपित किया है, जिसका संदाय 90 (नब्बे) दिन के भीतर किया जाना था और अनुबंधित समय के भीतर जुर्माने के संदाय में व्यतिक्रम की दशा में उसके नाम को 2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART III—SEC.4] अकाउं टेंट विनियम, 1988 के विनियम 18 के साथ पठित पूर्वोक्त अधिनियम की धारा 20 की उपधारा (2) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए यह अधिसूचित किया जाता है कि उक्त सीए. सरदार मधुसूदन (सदस्यता संख्या 059670) का नाम, 16 दिसंबर, 2022 से 07 (सात) मास [06 (छह) मास और अतिरिक्त 01 (एक) मास] की समेकित अवधि के लिए सदस्यों के रजिस्टर से हट जाएगा ।

No. PR/G/229/17/DD/269/17/DC/1413/2021.—In terms of the provisions of Section 21B(3) of the Chartered Accountants Act, 1949 read with Rules 18(17) and 19(1) of the Chartered Accountants (Procedure of Investigations of Professional and Other Misconduct and Conduct of Cases) Rules, 2007, the Disciplinary Committee has held CA. Sardar Madhusudan (Membership No. 059670), Sr. Accounts Officer, Accounts office Damodar Valley Corporation, Mejia Thermal Power Station MTPS, BANKURA(West Bengal)-722183, guilty of Professional Misconduct falling within the meaning of Items (2),(7) and (8) of Part I and Item (1) of Part II of the Second Schedule to the aforesaid Act and consequently ordered for removal of name of CA. Sardar Madhusudan (Membership No. 059670) from the Register of Members for a period of 06(Six) months and also imposed a fine of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) only to be paid within 90 (ninety) days and in case of default in payment of fine within stipulated time, his name be removed for an additional period of 1(one) month. Since the Respondent had failed to pay the imposed fine within stipulated time, in pursuance of the aforesaid Order of the Disciplinary Committee and in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of Section 20 of the aforesaid Act, read with Regulation 18 of the Chartered Accountants Regulations 1988, it is hereby notified that the name of said CA. Sardar Madhusudan (Membership No. 059670), shall stand removed from the Register of Members for a consolidated period of 07(Seven) months [06(Six) months plus additional 1(one) month] with effect from 16th December, 2022.
