सं. पीपीआर/पी/191/17/डीडी/175/टीएएमसी/आईएनएफ/17/डीसी/1111/2019.—चार्टर्ड अकाउं टेंट (वृत्तिक और अन्य कदाचार के अन्वेषणों और मामलों के संचालन की प्रक्रिया) नियम, 2007 के नियम 18(17) और 19(1) के साथ पठित, चार्टर्ड अकाउं टेंट अधिनियम, 1949 की धारा 21ख(3) के उपबंधों के निबंधनानुसार अनुशासन समिति ने, सीए.
राजेंद्र कु मार (सदस्यता संख्या 084956), दुकान नंबर 29, नई अनाज मंडी, पलवल (हरियाणा) 121102 को, पूर्वोक्त अधिनियम की दूसरी अनुसूची के भाग II के खंड (1) के अर्थान्तर्गत वृत्तिक कदाचार का दोषी पाया है और इसके परिणामस्वरूप उपयु र्क्त सीए. राजेंद्र कु मार (सदस्यता संख्या 084956) के नाम को 03 (तीन) मास की अवधि के लिए सदस्यों के रजिस्टर से हटाने का आदेश दिया है और के वल 5,00,000/- रुपए (पांच लाख रुपए) का जुर्माना भी अधिरोपित किया है । अत: अनुशासन समिति के पूर्वोक्त आदेश के अनुसरण में और चार्टर्ड अकाउं टेंट विनियम, 1988 के विनियम 18 के साथ पठित पूर्वोक्त अधिनियम की धारा 20 की उपधारा (2) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए यह अधिसूचित किया जाता है कि उक्त सीए. राजेंद्र कु मार (सदस्यता संख्या 084956) का नाम, 16 दिसम्बर, 2022 से 03 (तीन) मास की अवधि के लिए सदस्यों के रजिस्टर से हट जाएगा । 2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART III—SEC.4] THE INSTITUTE OF CHARTERED ACCOUNTANTS OF INDIA (Set up by an Act of Parliament)

No. PPR/P/191/17/DD/175/TAMC/INF/17/DC/1111/2019.—In terms of the provisions of Section 21B(3) of the Chartered Accountants Act, 1949 read with Rules 18(17) and 19(1) of the Chartered Accountants (Procedure of Investigations of Professional and Other Misconduct and Conduct of Cases) Rules, 2007, the Disciplinary Committee has held CA. Rajender Kumar (Membership No. 084956), Shop No. 29, New Anaj Mandi, PALWAL(Haryana) 121102, guilty of Professional Misconduct falling within the meaning of Clause (1) of Part II of Second Schedule to the aforesaid Act and consequently ordered for removal of name of CA. Rajender Kumar (Membership No. 084956) from the Register of Members for a period of 03(Three) months and also imposed a fine of Rs. 5,00,000/- (Rupees Five Lakhs)only. In pursuance of the aforesaid Order of the Disciplinary Committee and in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of Section 20 of the aforesaid Act, read with Regulation 18 of the Chartered Accountants Regulations 1988, it is hereby notified that the name of said CA. Rajender Kumar (Membership No. 084956), shall stand removed from the Register of Members for a period of 03(Three) months with effect from 16th December, 2022.
