सं. पीआर/76/14/डीडी/96/14/डीसी/554/17.—चार्टर्ड अकाउं टेंट (वृत्तिक और अन्य कदाचार के अन्वेषणों और मामलों के संचालन की प्रयििा) नियम, 2007 के नियम 18(17) और 19(1) के साथ पठित, चार्टर्ड अकाउं टेंट अधिनियम, 1949 की धारा 21ख(3) के उपबंधों के निबंधनानुसार अनुशासन समिति ने, सीए. (सुश्री) भव्या गर्ग (सदस्यता संख्या 124759), प्रयाग चंद हरिराम, रैलेस रोड, अमरावती- 444601 को, पूवोक्त अधिनियम की दूसरी अनुसूची के भाग I के खंड (7) के अर्थान्तर्गत वृत्तिक कदाचार का दोषी पाया है और इसके परिणामस्वरूप उपयु र्क्त सीए. (सुश्री) भव्या गर्ग (सदस्यता संख्या 124759) के नाम को 01 (एक) वर्ष की अवधि के लिए सदस्यों के रजिस्टर से हटाने का आदेश दिया है, जिसकी अपीलीय प्राधिकरण ने भी अपने तारीख 3 नवंबर, 2022 के आदेश द्वारा अभिपुष्टि की है । अत: अनुशासन समिति के पूवोक्त आदेश के अनुसरण में और चार्टर्ड अकाउं टेंट विनियम, 1988 के विनियम 18 के साथ पठित पूवोक्त अधिनियम की धारा 20 की उपधारा (2) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए यह अधिसूचित किया जाता है कि उक्त सीए. No. PR/76/14/DD/96/14/DC/554/17.—In terms of the provisions of Section 21B(3) of the Chartered Accountants Act, 1949 read with Rules 18(17) and 19(1) of the Chartered Accountants (Procedure of Investigations of Professional and Other Misconduct and Conduct of Cases) Rules, 2007, the Disciplinary Committee has held CA. (Ms.) Bhavya Garg (Membership No. 124759), Prayag Chand Hariram, Ralles Road, AMRAVATI- 444601, guilty of Professional Misconduct falling within the meaning of Clause (7) of Part I of the Second Schedule to the aforesaid Act and consequently ordered for removal of the name of aforesaid CA. (Ms.) Bhavya Garg (Membership No. 124759) from the Register of Members for a period of 01(one) year, which is also upheld by the Appellate Authority vide its order pronounced on 3rd November, 2022. In pursuance thereof and in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of Section 20 of the aforesaid Act, read with Regulation 18 of the Chartered Accountants Regulations, 1988, it is hereby notified that the name of said CA. (Ms.) Bhavya Garg (Membership No. 124759), shall stand removed from the Register of Members for a period of 01(one) year with effect from 16th December, 2022.
