सं. पीआर/91/14/डीडी/118/14/डीसी/469/2016.—चार्टर्ड अकाउं टेंट (वृत्तिक और अन्य कदाचार के अन्वेषणों और मामलों के संचालन की प्रयििा) नियम, 2007 के नियम 18(17) और 19(1) के साथ पठित, चार्टर्ड अकाउं टेंट अधिनियम, 1949 की धारा 21ख(3) के उपबंधों के निबंधनानुसार अनुशासन समिति ने, सीए. सुब्रता डे (सदस्यता संख्या 054962), 8/2, किरण शंकर रॉय रोड, दूसरी मंजिल, कमरा नंबर 1 और 1 बी, कोलकाता (पमििी बंगाल) 700001 को, पूवोक्त अधिनियम की दूसरी अनुसूची के भाग I के खंड (7) और (8) के अर्थान्तर्गत वृत्तिक कदाचार का दोषी पाया है और इसके परिणामस्वरूप सीए. सुब्रता डे(सदस्यता संख्या 054962) के नाम को 24 (चौबीस) मास की अवधि के लिए सदस्यों के रजिस्टर से हटाने का आदेश दिया है और इस आदेश की अभिपुष्टि अपीलीय प्राधिकरण ने भी तारीख 25 अक्तू बर, 2022 को पारित अपने आदेश द्वारा कर दी थी । अत: अनुशासन समिति के पूवोक्त आदेश के अनुसरण में और चार्टर्ड अकाउं टेंट विनियम, 1988 के विनियम 18 के साथ पठित पूवोक्त अधिनियम की धारा 20 की उपधारा (2) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए यह अधिसूचित किया जाता है कि उक्त सीए. सुब्रता डे (सदस्यता संख्या 054962) का नाम 16 दिसंबर, 2022 से 24 (चौबीस) मास की अवधि के लिए सदस्यों के रजिस्टर से 2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART III—SEC.4] THE INSTITUTE OF CHARTERED ACCOUNTANTS OF INDIA, NEW DELHI (Set up by an Act of Parliament)

No. PR/91/14/DD/118/14/DC/469/2016.—In terms of the provisions of Section 21B(3) of the Chartered Accountants Act, 1949 read with Rules 18(17) and 19(1) of the Chartered Accountants (Procedure of Investigations of Professional and Other Misconduct and Conduct of Cases) Rules, 2007, the Disciplinary Committee has held CA. Subrata De (Membership No. 054962), 8/2, Kiran Shankar Roy Road, Second Floor, Room No. 1 & 1 B, KOLKATA(West Bengal) 700001 guilty of Professional Misconduct falling within the meaning of Clauses (7) and (8) of Part I of Second Schedule to the aforesaid Act and consequently ordered for removal of name of CA. Subrata De (Membership No. 054962) from the Register of Members for a period of 24(Twenty Four) months which has also been upheld by the Appellate Authority vide its order pronounced on 25th October, 2022. In pursuance of the aforesaid Order of the Disciplinary Committee and in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of Section 20 of the aforesaid Act, read with Regulation 18 of the Chartered Accountants Regulations 1988, it is hereby notified that the name of said CA. Subrata De (Membership No. 054962), shall stand removed from the Register
