का.आ. 5882(अ).—कें द्र सरकार, वास्तुकला अधिनियम, 1972 (1972 का 20) की धारा 3 की उप-धारा (3) के खंड (ग) और धारा 6 की उप-धारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, मान्यता प्राप्त अहर्ताओं के लिए पूर्ण-कालिक शिक्षण प्रदान करने वाली भारत के वास्तुकला संस्थाओं के प्रमुखों द्वारा उनके बीच से चयन किए गए निम्नलिखित पाँच व्यक्तियों को उनके चयनित की तारीख अर्थात 24.11.2022 से 3 वषों की अवधि या उनके उत्तरर्वर्तयों का विधिवत चयन कर लिए जाने तक, जो भी बाद में हो, के लिए वास्तुकला परिषद सदस्य के रूप में नियुक्त करती है।

New Delhi, the 12th December, 2022
S.O. 5882(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (c) of sub-section (3) of section 3 and sub-section (1) of section 6 of the Architects Act, 1972 (20 of 1972), the Central Government hereby appoints the following five persons, elected from among themselves by the Heads of Architectural Institutions in India imparting full time instructions for recognized qualifications as members of the Council of Architecture, with effect from 24.11.2022, namely the date of their election, for a period of three years or until their successors have been duly elected, whichever is later:-
