का.आ. 5885(अ).—कें द्रीय सरकार, सरोगेसी (विनियमन) अधिनियम , 2021 की धारा 17 (2) (च) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, एतद्द्वारा दिनांक 4 अगस्त 2022 की संसंख्यक अधिसूचना में राष्ट्रीय सहायताप्राप्त जननीय प्रोद्योगिकी और सरोगेसी बोर्ड में क्रम संख्या (च), (छ), (ज) और (झ) पर निम्न विशेषज्ञों को सदस्य के रूप में सम्मिलित करती है।

(च) डॉ. अनुज सिंघल, सामाजिक वैज्ञानिक;

(छ) डॉ. संगीता शर्मा, महिला कल्याण संगठन के प्रतिनिधि;

(ज) डॉ. सिप्रा बागची, सिविल सोसाइटी की प्रतिनिधि जो महिलाओं के स्वास्थ्य और बच्चों के मुद्दों पर कार्य कर रही हैं;

और

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 16th December, 2022

S.O. 5885(E).—In exercise of the power conferred by Section 17 (2) (f) of the Surrogacy (Regulation) Act, 2021, the Central Government hereby includes the following Experts as Members of the National Assisted Reproductive Technology and Surrogacy Board at serial numbers (f), (g), (h)and (i) in notification of even no. dated 4th August, 2022:-

(f) Dr. Anuj Singhal, Social Scientist; (g) Dr. Sangeeta Sharma, Representative of Women Welfare Organization; (h) Dr Sipra Bagchi, Representative from Civil Society working on Women's health and child issues; and (i) Dr. Biju Pillai, Representative from Civil Society working on Women's health and child issues.
