का.आ. 5973(अ).—राष्ट्रपति, के न्द्रीय सतर्क ता आयोग अधिनियम, 2003 (2003 का 45) की धारा 10 की उपधारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, श्री प्रवीण कु मार श्रीवास्तव, सतर्क ता आयुक्त, के न्द्रीय सतर्क ता आयोग को श्री सुरेश एन. पटेल, के न्द्रीय सतर्क ता आयुक्त की अवधि पूरी होने के कारण होने वाली रिक्ति पर, रिक्ति होने की तिथि यथा दिनांक 25 दिसम्बर, 2022, से के न्द्रीय सतर्क ता आयुक्त की नियुक्ति होने तक, के न्द्रीय सतर्क ता आयुक्त के रूप में कार्य करने के लिए प्राधिकृ त करते हैं ।

S.O. 5973(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by the sub-section (1) of Section 10 of the Central Vigilance Commission Act, 2003 (45 of 2003), the President is pleased to authorize Shri Praveen Kumar Srivastava, Vigilance Commissioner, Central Vigilance Commission, to act as the Central Vigilance Commissioner, in the vacancy to be caused due to completion of the tenure of Shri Suresh N. Patel, Central Vigilance Commissioner, with effect from the date of occurrence of vacancy, i.e., 25th day of December, 2022, until the appointment of the Central Vigilance Commissioner.
