का.आ. 5971(अ).—के न्रीय सरकार, राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग अधिनियम, 1956 (1956 का 48) की धारा 3 के खण्ड (क) व्दारा प्रदत्त षक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए महाराष्ट्र राज्य में राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग संख्या अभी निदिष्ट किया जाना है के निर्माण (6/8 लेन का बनाने, आदि) अनुरक्षण, प्रबंध और प्रचालन के लिए उक्त अनुसूची के क्रमषः स्तंभ (4), स्तंभ (5), स्तंभ (6) और स्तंभ (7), में उल्लिखित राज्य, जिलो, तालुकों और गावों से संबंधित उक्त अनुसूची के स्तंभ (3) की तथ्स्थानी प्रवष्टी विनिदिष्ट भू-खंड के संबंध मे इस अधिसूचना के राजपत्र में प्रकाषन की तारीख से अनुसूची के स्तंभ (2) में उल्लेखित अधिकारीयों को उक्त अधिनियम के अधीन सक्षम प्राधिकारों के कृ त्यों का पालन करने के लिए प्राधिकृ त करती है ।

New Delhi, the 20th December, 2022
S.O. 5971(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of section 3 of the National Highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby authorizes the officers mentioned in Column (2) of the scheduled annexed hereto as the Competent Authorities to perform the functions of such authorities under the said Act with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, in respect of the stretch of land specified in corresponding entry in column (3) of the said schedule relating to Districts , Taluka / Tahasil, Police station and Villages mentioned in column (4), (5), (6) and (7) respectively of the stretch of land from Km. 370.00 to Km. 488.00 of the No. Yet to be Assigned for building (6/8 laning, etc.), maintenance, management and operation in the State of MAHARASHTRA.
