ंथी पाइपलाइन परियोजना के लिए, अधिनियम, 1962 (1962 का 50) की धारा 2 के खंड (क) के अनुसरण में, तमिलनाडु राज्य के भीतर उक्त अधिनियम के अधीन भारत पेट्रोलियम कापोरेशन लिमिटेड (बीपीसीएल) के इरुगुर - देवनगु श्री ए. थानीचलम. जिला आपूर्ति और उपभोक्ता संरक्षण और राजस्व विभागीय अधिकार जो कि भारत का राजपत्र का. आ. 3802 दिनांक 23 अक्टूबर 2020 अनुसार नियुत बर्तमान सक्षम प्राधिकारी के अलावा श्री के . अमुधन, डिस्ट्रक्ट सप्लाई एवं कं स्यूमर प्रोटेक्शन ऑफिसर, सेलम (तमिलनाडु) को सक्षम प्राधिकारी के कृ त्यों का पालन करने के लिए प्राधिकृत करते है।

यह अधिसूचना जारी होने की तारीख से लागू होगी।

(BPCL) to perform the functions of Competent Authority(s) in addition of exiting Competent Authority Sh. Thanikachalam, District Supply and Consumer Protection & Revenue Divisional officer notified vide Gazette of India Notification S.O. No. 3802 dated 23.10.2020 in the State of Tamil Nadu for Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited's Irugur Devangonthi pipeline under the said Act.

This notification will be effective from the date of its issue.
