का.आ. 6022(अ).—कें द्रीय सरकार, खाद्य सुरक्षा और मानक अधिनियम, 2006 (2006 का 34) की धारा 5 और धारा 7 के साथ पठित धारा 4 की उपधारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, भारत के राजपत्र असाधारण भाग 2, खंड 3, उपखंड (ii) में प्रकाशित अधिसूचना संख्यांक का. आ.2283(अ), तारीख 25 जुलाई, 2013 को उन बातों के सिवाय अधिक्रांत करते हुए, जिन्हें ऐसे अधिक्रमण से पूर्व किया गया है या करने का लोप किया गया है, चयन समिति की सिफारिशों पर, भारतीय खाद्य और सुरक्षा मानक प्राधिकरण में पदेन सदस्यों से भिन्न निम्नलिखित अंशकालिक सदस्यों की उस तारीख से जिसकों वे पदधारण करते है तीन वर्ष की अवधि के लिए या अगले आदेश तक, जो भी पहले हो, नियुक्ति करती है और उक्त योजन के लिए भारत सरकार के स्वास्थ्य और परिवार कल्याण मंत्रालय की विसूचना संख्यांक का 2165(अ), तारीख 5 सितंबर, 2008 का संशोधन करती है, अर्थात्ः-
उक्त अधिसूचना में,-
(i) क्रम संख्या 1 में प्रविष्टि 'श्री पी.आई. सुवरतन' के स्थान को 'रिक्त' रखा जाएगा।
(ii) "धारा 5 की उप-धारा (1) के खंड (ख) के अंतर्गत नियुक्त" शीर्ष के अधीन क्रमांक 9 और 10 और उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित रखा जाएगा, अर्थात्:-

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 22nd December, 2022
S.O. 6022(E).— In exercise of powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 read with sections 5 and 7 of the Food Safety and Standards Act, 2006 (34 of 2006), and in supersession of the notification number S.O.2283(E), dated the 25th July, 2013 published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, section 3, sub-section (ii), except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the Central Government, on the recommendations of the Selection Committee, hereby appoints the following part-time Members other than ex-officio Members in the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India for a period of three years with effect from the date on which they enter upon their office, or until further orders, whichever is earlier, and for the said purpose amends the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare number S.O.2165(E), dated the 5th September, 2008, namely:––
In the said notification,––
(i) In serial number 1 the entry ‗Shri P.1. Suvrathan' shall be substituted by ‗Vacant'.
(ii) under the heading ―Appointed under clause (b) of sub-section (1) of Section 5‖, for serial numbers 9 and 10 and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be substituted, namely:––
| ―(9) | Ms. Shreya Pandey, Associate Director, Food Safety, Scientific and Regulatory Affairs in Pepsi Co. India and former part-time Member, Food Safety and Standards Authority of India | -Member; |
