का.आ. 6019(अ).—के न्द्रीय सरकार, राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग अधिनियम 1956, (1956 का 48) (जिसे इसमें इसके पश्चात् उक्त अधिनियम कहा गया है) की धारा 3क की उप-धारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, आंध्र प्रदेश राज्य के कृ ष्णा जिले में भूखण्ड "6-लेन हनुमान जंक्शन बाईपास (मौजूदा कि.मी. 1055.680 से कि.मी. 1060.800) (डिजाइन कि.मी. 0.000 से कि.मी. 6.720) सहित पैके ज-II (NH-5 के कालापरू (डिजाइन कि.मी. 1050.680) से चिन्ना अवतुपल्ली (डिजाइन कि.मी. 1076.480) तक मौजूदा 4-लेन सड़क को 6-लेन का बनाना (कु ल डिजाइन लंबाई - 27.00 किमी) में राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग 16 के निर्माण (चौड़ीकरण/पेव्ड शोल्डर सहित 2-लेन/4-लेन/6-लेन का बनाना आदि), अनुरक्षण, प्रबन्धन और प्रचालन के लिए भारत के राजपत्र, असाधारण, भाग II, खण्ड 3, उप-खण्ड (ii), तारीख 25 जनवरी, 2022 में प्रकाशित भारत सरकार के सड़क परिवहन और राजमार्ग मंत्रालय की अधिसूचना संख्या का.आ. 342 (अ), तारीख 25 जनवरी, 2022 की अनुसूची में निम्न लिखित संशोधन करती है, अर्थात :-
उक्त अधिसूचना की अनुसूची में, आंध्रप्रदेश के कृ ष्णा जिले के बापूलपाडु तालूक में गाव का नाम `कनुमोलु (के सीताराम पुरम)` को गाव का नाम `कनुमोलु (पेरीकीडू)` से प्रतिस्थापित किया जायेगा। 2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(ii)] पाद टिपण्णी :- मूल अधिसूचना का.आ. 342 (अ), तारीख 25 जनवरी, 2022 द्वारा भारत के राजपत्र, असाधारण, भाग II, खंड 3, उपखण्ड (ii), तारीख 25 जनवरी, 2022 में प्रकाशित की गई थी। [फा. सं. NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 22nd December, 2022
S.O. 6019(E).—In exercise of powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 3A of the National Highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the Central Government, hereby makes the following amendment in the Schedule of the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways, number S.O.342(E), dated the 25th January 2022 published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii), dated the 25th January 2022 for building (widening/six-laning, etc.,) maintenance, management and operation of National Highway No. 16, in the stretch of Package-II (6-laning of existing 4-lane road from Kalaparru (Design Km. 1050.680) to Chinna Avutupalli (Design Km. 1076.480) of NH-5 (new NH-16) including 6-lane Hanuman Junction bypass from (Existing Km. 1055.680 to Km. 1060.800) (Design Ch. 0.000 to Ch. 6.720), (Total Design Length – 27.400 Km.) in the District of Krishna in the State of Andhra Pradesh, namely:-
In the Schedule to the said notification, under Bapulapadu Taluk, Krishna District, Andhra Pradesh, against the village name ―Kanumolu (K. Seetharam Puram)‖, the village name ―Kanumolu (Perikeedu)‖ shall be substituted.
Foot note :- The Principal Notification was published vide S.O.342(E), dated the 25th January 2022, in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii), dated the 25th January 2022.
