सं. ए-60011/22/2022-एनडीआईएसी.—राष्ट्रपति, न्यायमूर्ति हेमंत गुप्ता, भारत के उच्चतम न्यायालय के पूर्व न्यायाधीश, को एनडीआईएसी के अध्यक्ष पद का वेतन मैट्रिक्स के स्तर 18 में अस्थायी रूप से शुरू में 2 साल के लिए उन्नयन करते हुए नई दिल्ली अंतरराष्ट्रीय माध्यस्थम कें द्र (एनडीआईएसी) के अध्यक्ष के रूप में 23 दिसंबर, 2022 से 03 वर्ष की अवधि के लिए, या 70 वर्ष की आयु प्राप्त करने तक, जो भी पहले हो, 2,50,000/- रुपये प्रति माह (नियत) (वेतन मैट्रिक्स का स्तर 18), के वेतन में नियुक्त करते हैं।

New Delhi, the 23rd December, 2022
No. A-60011/22/2022-NDIAC.—The President is pleased to appoint Justice Hemant Gupta, former Judge of the Supreme Court of India, as Chairperson, New Delhi International Arbitration Centre (NDIAC), in the salary of Rs. 2,50,000/- per month (fixed) (level 18 of Pay Matrix), with effect from 23rd December, 2022 for a period of 03 years, or till his attaining the age of 70 years, whichever is earlier, by temporary up-gradation of the post of Chairperson, NDIAC to the level 18 of the Pay Matrix, initially for 2 years.
