सं. ए-60011/61/2022-एनडीआईएसी:—राष्ट्रपति, श्री गणेश चंद्रू, को नई दिल्ली अंतरराष्ट्रीय माध्यस्थम कें द्र (एनडीआईएसी) में अंशकालिक सदस्य के रूप में नई दिल्ली अंतरराष्ट्रीय माध्यस्थम कें द्र (अंशकालिक सदस्यों को देय यात्रा और अन्य भत्ते) नियम 2022, में निर्धारित भत्तों के साथ 23 दिसंबर, 2022 से 03 वर्ष की अवधि, या 67 वर्ष की आयु प्राप्त करने तक, जो भी पहले हो, नियुक्त करते हैं।

No. A-60011/61/2022-NDIAC:—The President is pleased to appoint Shri Ganesh Chandru, as Part- Time Member in New Delhi International Arbitration Centre(NDIAC), with the allowances as prescribed in the New Delhi International Arbitration Centre (Travelling and other Allowances Payable to Part-time Members) Rules, 2022, with effect from 23rd December, 2022 for a period of 03 years, or till his attaining the age of 67 years, whichever is earlier.
