का.आ. 6055(अ).—कें द्र सरकार, दिव्ांगजन अधिकार अधिनियम, 2016 (2016 का 49) की धारा 34 की उप-धारा (1) के दूसरे परंतुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, मुख्य आयुक्त दिव्ांगजन के परामर्श से, कार्य की प्रकृ ति और प्रकार को ध्यान में रखते हुए, गृह मंत्रालय के तहत आसूचना ब्यूरो में कार्यकारी, तकनीकी, मोटर परिवहन और सुरक्षा के परिचालन संबंधी पदों को उक्त धारा के प्रावधानों से एतदद्वारा छू ट प्रदान करती है।

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 16th December, 2022

S.O. 6055(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by the second proviso to sub-section (1) of Section 34 of the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016 (49 of 2016), the Central Government, in consultation with the Chief Commissioner for Persons with Disabilities, having regard to the nature and type of work, hereby exempts the operational posts of Executive, Technical, Motor Transport and Security in Intelligence Bureau under Ministry of Home Affairs from the provisions of the said section.
