सं. 5861] नई दिल्ली, बुधवार, दिसम्बर 28, 2022/पौष 7, 1944 No. 5861] NEW DELHI, WEDNESDAY, DECEMBER 28, 2022/PAUSHA 7, 1944 नई दिल्ली, 28 दिसम्बर, 2022 I .—समय-समय पर यथा-संशोधित विदेश व्यापार नीति, 2015-20 के पैरा 1.02 और 2.01 के साथ पठित और विदेश व्यापार (विकास एवं विनियमन) अधिनियम, 1992 की धारा 5 के साथ पठित धारा 3 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, केन्द्र सरकार एतद्द्वारा आईटीसी (एचएस), 2022, अनुसूची-I (आयात नीति) के अध्याय 15 के एचएस कोड 1511 90 के तहत निम्नलिखित मदों की आयात नीतिगत शर्त में निम्नानुसार संशोधन करती हैः

Subject : Amendment in import policy condition of items under HS Code 1511 90 of Chapter 15 of
ITC (HS), 2022, Schedule – I (Import Policy).
S.O. 6104(E).—In exercise of powers conferred by Section 3 read with Section 5 of FT (D&R) Act, 1992, and read with paragraph 1.02 and 2.01 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2015-2020, as amended from time to time, the Central Government hereby revises the import policy condition of the following items under HS Code 1511 90 of Chapter 15 of ITC (HS), 2022, Schedule – I (Import Policy), as under:
