का.आ. 6147(अ).—कें द्रीय सरकार रेलवे (संशोधन) अधिनियम 2008, की धारा 2 के खंड (37 क) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, इस अधिसूचना के राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख से, भुज नलिया आमान परिवर्तन परियोजना (101.25 कि.मी.) और नई लाइन से वायोर तक विस्तार (25 कि.मी.) को भूमि अधिग्रहण के हेतु लोक प्रयोजन के लिए राष्ट्रीय अवसंरचना उपबंधित करने हेतु गुजरात राज्य में रेल परियोजना के रूप में अधिसूचित करती है।

NOTIFICATION

Mumbai, the 29th December, 2022 S.O. 6147(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (37A) of Section 2 of the Railways (Amendment) Act, 2008, the Central Government hereby notifies "Bhuj Naliya GC Project (101.25 Kms) & 8778 GI/2022 (1) 2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(ii)] Extension up to -Vayor New line (25KM)" as a Special Railway Project for acquisition of land in the State of Gujarat, for providing national infrastructure for a public purpose with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette.
