का.आ. 6188(अ).—के न्द्रीय सरकार, राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग अधिनियम 1956 (1956 का 48) की धारा 3 के खण्ड(क) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए उत्तर प्रदेश राज्य में बस्ती रिग रोड (प्रथम चरण) के निर्माण, अनुरक्षण, प्रबंध और प्रचालन के लिए उक्त अनुसूची के स्तम्भ (4), (5), (6) और (7) में क्रमशः उल्लिखित राज्य, जिला, तालुकों और गावों से सम्बन्धित उक्त अनुसूची के स्तम्भ (3) की तत्स्थानी प्रविष्टि में विनिदिष्ट भूमि के सम्बन्ध में इस अधिसूचना के सरकारी राजपत्र में प्रकाशित होने की तारीख से अनुसूची स्तम्भ (2) में उल्लिखित अधिकारी को उक्त अधिनियम के अधीन ऐसे प्राधिकारी के कृ त्यों का पालन करने के लिए सक्षम प्राधिकारी प्राधिकृ त करती है।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 30th December 2022
S.O. 6188(E).—In exercise of the power conferred by clause (a) of section 3 of the National Highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby authorizes the officer mentioned in column (2) of the Schedule annexed hereto as the Competent Authority to perform the functions of such authority under the said Act with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, in respect of the stretch of land specified in the corresponding entry in column (3) of the said Schedule relating to state, districts, taluka and villages mentioned in column (4), (5), (6) and (7) respectively of the said Schedule for construction, maintenance, management and operation of Basti ring road(Phase-I) in the State of Uttar Pradesh.
