का.आ. 5(अ).— के न्द्रीय सरकार, ऊर्जा संरक्षण अधिनियम, 2001 (2001 का 52), की धारा 14 के खंड (क) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, ऊर्जा दक्षता ब्यूरो के परामर्श से, भारत सरकार के विद्युत मंत्रालय की अधिसूचना सं. का.आ. 185(अ.) तारीख 12 जनवरी, 2009 में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है, अर्थात्:-
उक्त अधिसूचना में,-
(क) पैराग्राफ 2 के , उप-पैराग्राफ (2) में, शब्दों, अंकों, कोष्ठकों और अक्षरों के स्थान पर "सारणी 2 (01 जुलाई, 2017 से 31 दिसंबर 2022 तक प्रभावी)" और "सारणी 3 (01 जुलाई, 2017 से 31 दिसंबर 2022 तक प्रभावी)", के स्थान पर " सारणी 2 (01 जुलाई, 2017 से 31 दिसंबर, 2023 तक प्रभावी)" और " सारणी 3 (01 जुलाई, 2017 से 31 दिसंबर, 2023 तक प्रभावी)" शब्द, अंक, कोष्ठक और अक्षर रखे जाएंगे;

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 2nd January, 2023
S.O. 5(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of section 14 of the Energy Conservation Act, 2001 (52 of 2001), the Central Government, in consultation with the Bureau of Energy Efficiency, hereby makes the following amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Power number S.O.185(E), dated the 12th January, 2009, namely:-
In the said notification,-
(A) in paragraph 2, in sub-paragraph (2), for the words, figures, brackets and letters "Table 2 (Effective from 1st July, 2017 to 31st December 2022)" and "Table 3 (Effective from 1st July, 2017 to 31st December 2022)", the words, figures, brackets and letters "Table 2 (Effective from 1st July, 2017 to 31st December, 2023 )" and "Table 3 (Effective from 1st July, 2017 to 31st December, 2023)" shall respectively be substituted;
Note: The principal notification was published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part-II, Section 3, Sub- section (ii), vide notification number S.O. 185(E), dated the 12th January, 2009, and subsequently amended vide notification number S.O. 4062(E), dated the 16th December, 2016, S.O. 513(E), dated the 17th February, 2017 and S.O. 1665(E), dated the 27th May, 2020.
