का.आ. 11(अ).—(1) राष्ट्रीय चिकित्सा आयोग अधिनियम, 2019 (2019 का 30) की धारा 17 की उप-धारा (5) के तहत उपबंधों के अनुसरण में, भारत सरकार, स्वास्थ्य और परिवार कल्याण मंत्रालय की भारत के राजपत्र, असाधारण, भाग-II, पैरा-2 में प्रकाशित दिनांक 24 सितंबर, 2020 की अधिसूचना संख्या का.आ. 3261 (अ) में स्नातक चिकित्सा शिक्षा बोर्ड के गठन संबंधी तालिका में क्रम संख्या 5 के सामने प्रविष्टि को निम्न से प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा:

S.O. 11(E).—(1) In pursuance of provisions under sub-section (5) of Section 17, of the National Medical Commission Act, 2019 (30 of 2019), in the notification of the Government of India, the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare number S.O. 3261(E) dated 24th September, 2020 published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part-II, Para 2 in the table, the entry against serial number 5 shall be substituted:
