का.आ. 13(अ).—राष्ट्रीय डेयरी विकास बोर्ड अधिनियम, 1987 (1987 का 37) की धारा 9 के साथ पठित धारा 8 की उप-धारा (2) तथा (3) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, के न्द्र सरकार एतद्द्वारा राष्ट्रीय डेयरी विकास बोर्ड के कार्यकारी निदेशक श्री मीनेश सी. शाह को 01.12.2022 से अगलें 06 महीनो की अवधि तक अथवा अध्यक्ष पद पर नियमित पदधारी की नियुक्ति होने तक अथवा अगले आदेशों तक, इनमें से जो भी पहले हो, राष्ट्रीय डेयरी विकास बोर्ड के अध्यक्ष पद का अतिरिक्त कार्यभार सौंपनें को विस्तारित करती है तथा इस प्रयोजन हेतु भारत सरकार, मत्स्यपालन, पशुपालन और डेयरी मंत्रालय (पशुपालन और डेयरी विभाग) की अधिसूचना संख्या का.आ. 3883(अ), दिनांक 18 अगस्त, 2022 में संशोधन करती है।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 20th December, 2022
S.O. 13(E).—In exercise of powers conferred by Sub-Section (2) and (3) of Section 8 read with Section 9 of the National Dairy Development Board Act, 1987 (37 of 1987), the Central Government hereby extends the entrustment of the additional charge of the post of Chairman, National Dairy Development Board to Shri Meenesh C. Shah, Managing Director, National Dairy Development Board for a further period of six months w.e.f 01.12.2022, or till the regular appointment to the post or until further orders, whichever is earliest, and for that purpose makes the amendment in the Notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Fisheries, Animal Husbandry and Dairying (Department of Animal Husbandry & Dairying) S.O. 3883 (E) dated 18.08.2022.
